It's funny bc in the book, this happened early on between just the immediate gang, they were all drunk, and Josh made the black hole.
Yeah and josh had a bisexual french girlfriend plus Quintin's parents can care less if he got kidnapped or hit by a bus
Try to remember that the tv show is just another timeline. Thats why they drop easter eggs, like the librarian using the name janet and not margo, and when margo corrects her, she says "this time." Very matter of factly.

@@MistahBufothat actually a really cool detail. I hadn’t read the books but seen all of the show. It’s a cool way to tie the books and show together and have a lore fitting reason if there is differences
I like the nod that Q creates it but Alice makes it stable. A nice hint at the later thing where he surrenders the idea of being “chosen” to her.
That show was SO good. Absolute favourite. ❤

For real apart of his character is that he’s not the powerful chosen one which is accurate to the books but he was still a powerful magicians. He even made a world at the end of the books by himself
@@justindixon1586 One world he was the beast. He is powerful magician. A lot of this comes from Emotions. Magic comes from emotions, and thats one thing Quentin has a lot of. While he thought he wasnt a chosen one, he sure was in many ways.
