Came across your video while looking for info on replacing cv axles, boots, fuel pump and hoses and numerous A-arm bushings, etc. on a Polaris 2004 late Sportsman 700 EFI twin. Have very little experience working on the machine but have watched a bunch of videos and thanks to you and other kind folks I feel I will be able to complete the challenge. Do you have and/or can you recommend any other videos that applicable to the 2004 mentioned above ? Thanks again for sharing your time and expertise.
Thanks for the positive feedback. I don't have much on that particular quad. But I do have some on other polaris machines. A lot of them are pretty similar when it comes to replacing suspension parts.

Couldn’t ball joint tool be used without removing knuckle?
Absolutely it could be. It's just harder to install the new ball joint. But you can definitely remove it easily while it's on the machine.
