Opino igual. Sólo aquel que plantó un árbol sabe lo que cuesta dejarlos crecer. Cuando sabés que quizás nunca veas ese árbol que plantaste en todo su esplendor, ver que otro en pocos minutos tiró uno abajo, da mucha pena.

It seems as if many of the viewers failed to notice that many of the limbs were dead. The tree was dying. So you have to fell the tree before it falls the wrong direction on something that's valuable.
I think it's because the tree take long period of time to grow to such a big size, it could be taking 20～100 years, but to cut it off it just take a few minutes. Especially now the global climate issue, it really make us think twice before we do it.

Even dead ones, like huge oaks we have left in their place (just stylizing them). Who doesn't love trees? But where I'm from there also won't grow a beautiful forrest without helping out trees (and other plants) by cutting down those which cause unconducive results.

I hate that yall don't have forest in Russia, but here in America we use trees for several things. Including paper, ass wipes, pencils, furniture, lumber to build homes, maybe we have been doing everything all wrong and we should save the trees, build houses out of brick and make things from plastic and metals...the trees provide oxygen they filter our ozone..I hate to see them cut as well. Вот так же муж вырезал клин в стволе, что-бы она упала в нужном направлении, а она всё равно в противоположную сторону рухнула, прямо на крышу кухни с пристройкой 😆😆😆 Слава Богу, крона была густая и гибкая, и отпружинила, ничего не повредив! To all the tree-huggers complaining about this video keep this in mind, many of these trees are degrading from poor health and/or old age. We had a 60-foot maple that looked healthy as a horse fall on our house from a storm last year, it was rotting inside and we didn't know it. It was a huge mess and costed us a ton of money. As much as you hate it these trees need to come down for safety purposes. Unavoidable.

Including paper, ass wipes, pencils, furniture, lumber to build homes, maybe we have been doing everything all wrong and we should save the trees, build houses out of brick and make things from plastic and metals...the trees provide oxygen they filter our ozone..I hate to see them cut as well. А мы недавно на даче электропилой спиливали иву-"пальму" (у основания диаметр примерно 25 сантиметров, высотой метров 6-7).
Вот так же муж вырезал клин в стволе, что-бы она упала в нужном направлении, а она всё равно в противоположную сторону рухнула, прямо на крышу кухни с пристройкой 😆😆😆 Слава Богу, крона была густая и гибкая, и отпружинила, ничего не повредив! Да и мы отскочить успели)) Так что "первый блин" вышел комом, хотя и без тяжёлых последствий🙃

To all the tree-huggers complaining about this video keep this in mind, many of these trees are degrading from poor health and/or old age. We had a 60-foot maple that looked healthy as a horse fall on our house from a storm last year, it was rotting inside and we didn't know it. It was a huge mess and costed us a ton of money. As much as you hate it these trees need to come down for safety purposes. Unavoidable.

I was impressed by the handmade one with a bandsaw blade and the fact he could angle it with and accurate ruler on the end. Excellent piece of craftsmanship for sure.
