It's about time you got back to Blue Collar. I was afraid that you had forgotten about it or maybe even sold it, although I know you said that you wouldn't sell it. This old gem is a classic.
The plugs for the low beams on 389’s are prone to melting….don’t be stingy with the dielectric grease! Went through 3 on my 2015 389…. A fresh 12.7 to replace the tired 11.1 would wake BC up nicely, along with a 13-speed to replace that Super 10….that old gal still has miles left in her.
I had the same issue with one headlight bulb when I converted to LED. Coincidentally, the exact same headlight. Come to find out, LED headlight "bulbs" typically don't have a tab to indicate which way to plug them in, but I've been working with electronics since the early 80's, so I remembered that LEDs are unidirectional. They only work if you plug them in the right way. Turned the plug 180° and VOILA! It worked.
It is made by the same company that makes Scorpio pick up in Australia , roxor in the USA and looks like a jeep. An Indian company with lots of companies under their belt including pinnafra the automotive design company.
Make sure all 4 LEDs are vertical in the housings. The brights are correct but I can't tell with the low beams. Looks very nice brother. Matches the blue well 👌💙
Bruce I love that cabover we had one we took the fifth wheel off and stretched it 3 ft for a 24 ft aluminum grain box I gotta say it would fly with a load. You gotta good looking outfit.🤙🇺🇸👍

I work for a pretty big company. I want to say we have over 45 semis and about 60 yd horses we can jump start at least 9 in a roll with the same jumper pack, we've burnt to up. Otherwise very good product we only have 45 semis in our fleet division. I we have several more fleets
When the brake shoes get stuck because they have been stopped for some time, you can press and release the brake pedal several times and they gradually release. or also apply and release the parking brake several times
Hey Bruce Wilson I can't wait too see the original Blue Collar all fixed up once you have the old girl fixed up you should take her too all the truck shows. I think that you should fix up the other blue Cabover sitting where you picked up original Blue Collar.

Get you a newer series Detroit in old Blue Collar or a nice rebuilt Caterpiller D15 or something like that in him. Also cut that hole bigger for the entrance to the sleeper area so you can move the chair back. Maybe get somebody to do a roof lift and build the back out on that sleeper area for your road work comfort needs [or another driver working for you while you drive the newer one]. BC original flavour... Killer old truck mang. Not a truck for old crotchety types :-)) lol Dumping too much fuel to get all that black smoke.

I drive for a living, Sure better light for the driver is nice, but when you are blinding other traffic that extra light is putting them and you in more danger. A proper HID Projector retrofit/housing is the only good way to go.
That small Mahindra tractor would be great if it had a lawnmower attachment. Something like that would make cutting the lawn around the house a matter of minutes compared to nearly an hour and a half with a push mower.

Nice thing about rigs from my standpoint - classics are always worth repowering if the body and frame are good.

How them Led headlight bulbs work? You need to try a set of 360 Led bulbs you have projecter lenses light out put will be a big improvement
