Fun fact: the frame rate that you mentioned when Ekko and Powder were dancing was at four frames per second and the fight jynx and ekko had in season 1 started at 44:44 in the episode
Same number of seconds Ekko can use his time loop device in the series and the game. The creators filled Arcane with so many of these clever details it's a lot of fun to discover them when rewatching the series.
THEORY Heimerdinger saved the Alternate World When Ekko asks Heimer how long he was in the "Alternative World", he answers 1128 days. In that same dialogue, Heimer states that during that time he accomplished "wonderful things" there. I believe that in that time (3 years), he used his knowledge about how everything would work to change the future for the better. He likely used his position on the council to improve relations between Zaum and Piltover, bringing education to children there, like Ekko and Powder.
Jayce dying also means no Hextech to create a bigger wealth disparity between Piltover and Zaun and the resources that would have been pumped into it could be redirected by Heimer into improving Zaun.
Please don't get mad at me I'm just telling you but this Have Always Been plan to be show between avatar and korra so So it's gonna be the legend of korra next
The only time you guess a dream sequence immediately you're wrong 😅
