If you're not shampooing you can also used cooked rice water & soak methi seeds & hibiscus flower. This also cleans scalp very well. Occasionally use shampoo.

I have been using fresh aloevera to my scalp for more than 3 months but it cannot stop my hair fall. My hair fall is about more than 30-45 strands ler day and in wash day + oiling day it will be 50+ strands. It is normal because under 100 strands but it really make me worry because i don't see any significant result of new baby hair. I also tried onion juice, rise water, ginger, Coconut oil, candlenut oil but they cannot stop my hair fall and regrowing new baby hair. I just so frustrated.
But i realize that it doesn't enough to get healthy hair just from the outside especially if we have hair loss issue. We also need to pay attention to our food and find the cause/problem why our hair is falling off.

@@binitakumari7153 aloe cannot stop my hair fall, my hair still fall about 40+ strands a day or even more but still under 100 strands. But it's ok, that hair fall is weak hair and we can grow new baby hair which is healthier. But, it's hard for my scalp to grow new hair

Hi, I have been using boiled rice water which is mixed with fenugreek powder and a drop of essential oil for nice smell kept overnight used as a hair mask on unoiled hair 3 times a week. Giving me good results. If I oil my hair, I will add a spoon of chick pea floor also. I wash it with out shampoo and conditioner

Yes its good for hair because its properties. But don't forget oil your scalp before use it otherwise it will make your hair too much dry and worse. Dont use spoiled rice water.

The video is nice but you forgot a few things
1. Dove has been rated amongst the high chemical usage shampoo, so what's the use of using rice water when later on you have to use it with chemicals 😅
2. You never wash your hair in a downwards position as it's scientifically proven to be a bad movement for hair.
3. You never put a tight bun after putting a mask as it tightens the hair and make them weak.
She lied about growing 13 inches in 1 year,I checked her video list in her channel and 1 year earlier also she had similar length in her previous videos, the comparisons she showed was from 3 to 4 years earlier image,rice water surely works but she lied of growing the hair in one year

Wednesday, I wash my hair with both shampoo and conditioner And you shouldn't be oiling your hair till Saturday. And apply rice water on ur hair on Saturday: and then you can do oiling after drying ur hair
