"0 sucessfully installed"
"1 failed to install"

Hello I did everything exact Like in this Video but at the very end when it sayes PTP Installation is complete. It sayes
0 successfully installed
1 failed to install
But why? Can u Help me?😢
Make sure that you chose the right 737 variant for the ptp you downloaded. That’s the only time I’ve seen that message. If you’ve chosen the right one and it still says it failed, you’ll need to reach out to PMDG support

hey quick question here, whenever i try to select the sim and aircraft, it doesn't show anything. It just shows a blank page for nor steam or xbox Microsoft flight simulator. Please help!

Im sorry buddy but I've never had that problem and I cant troubleshoot it. Try reaching out to PMDG support, they should be able to solve your problem

I drug the PTP file out to the desktop but when I choose "desktop" in the folder it doesn't show up
Hmmm. That must be frustrating! once you hit "install from PTP file" in the Ops center and the file browser opens, in the bottom right of the file browser does it say "PMDG Texture Packs (*.ptp)" like mine showed? it could be looking for the wrong type of file and thats why it doesnt show up.

have you tried contacting PMDG support? without knowing how your OS environment is I wouldnt really be able to help you

Im sorry but im not sure. as far as I know the installation still works the same way (installed new liveries just a couple days ago). maybe reach out to PMDG and see if they can help you troubleshoot. Best of luck!
It turns in to a RAR file when I open it. How do I change it to a PTP file?
did you open the rar file? if you have winrar you can open that rar file and drag the ptp file out of it so that the operations center can find it
If I bought it from the msfs store where would I put the file since I don’t have the pmdg control center?

So if you bought the plane through the in game store, you can install the ops center from this link pmdg.com/downloads/
that site will also give you the instructions for how to do it
when i try to click on the variants and models, i cant see it as it is hidden by the bottom ptp file download bar in the operations center please help
Hey i'm sorry to hear you're having issues. Unfortunately I have no idea how to troubleshoot issues with the program itself so you'll have to go to PMDG about that problem. Best of luck!

For me it doesn’t allow me to download the Operations Centre on the website, when I click the link to start install it it doesn’t do anything, just briefly opens the link and then instantly deletes the link, can you help please?
tbh i'm not sure what to do. If you go to this link pmdg.com/downloads/ you should see the word "Here" that leads to a link below the "PMDG Operations Center" section. if you click that it should start the download of a zip file with the installer within it. If that doesn't work then you should contact PMDG support
For some reason when I press "here" on the PMDG site to go to the operation center it doesn't work, know anything about that?

You don’t open the ptp file. The PTP file just needs to be put somewhere easy to find so you can choose it from the operations center. It only needs to be extracted if it comes in a zip file

Tbh, i think the only way to do it on Xbox is to purchase the livery pack through the Microsoft store. Otherwise I’m not really sure as I don’t own an Xbox
