Midi scan of Atlas roll number 3733. The roll appears to be hand played, and could be done with two hands in real time, especially with a sostenuto pedal.

I highly doubt this is handplayed, if the chords are rough then it's more likely it's a rougher master like the late Ampico rolls by Frank Milne. If you send me the midi I might be able to make a better judgement of the roll. Also, are you sure this is an Atlas roll and not a reproducing roll? This sounds like a Frank Milne Sherry Brothers duet roll from the late 20's.
