Thanks for the workout. As always, it was just right. Some of the moves were a bit too hard for me, but I was able to modify and still get a good workout and not get discouraged. Lot's of room for improvement for me, BUT it got me moving, sweating, burning some calories.
Looks interesting. About to give it a try. Again Gymra, what would help with so many workout vdos out there is to include wording which sets the right expectations in the title such as cardio intervals or not for beginners, intermediate or advanced. This will allow the right vdos to come up with the search results and youtube algorithm. It also prevents us from wading through lots of vdos and after trying be disappointed. I am a committed fan of GymRa. I work out with you almost everyday. You are getting this right and a lot of your workouts are challenging, which I love. It is just this one thing about putting the informative title of the VDOs which can be very useful. Thank you.
I was wondering why you are not showing the names of the exercise and explanation on what muscle groups they are working?! I think it will be very helpful
Good suggestion! Many of our videos do have exercise names, where applicable. Our website gymra.com has all those details. You can search by muscles and all workouts are broken down into individual moves that are named. It's free, take a look!
