个人小小的经验分享，如果想要表面平滑不多泡的话：1）油温最好保持最少160度 2）粘面糊后稍微轻轻沾在吸油纸上，吸走面糊的滴珠。 3）放下锅炸的时候不要放手先，等泡开始变少后才脱模。供各位参考，没有对错成品是每个人喜好，需要做多几次才拿捏自己喜欢的口感。谢谢安迪的食谱分享哦😄
