Quick summary: 1 packet pineapple filling 360g AP Flour 2 tbsp custard powder 50g powdered sugar 250g butter 1 egg yolk 1. Mix 250g melted butter, 1 egg yolk, 50g powdered sugar and beat until semi creamy white texture. 2. Sieve 360 AP Flour and 2tbps custard powder. Add into mixer bowl: split into three portions when mixing/ beating. 3. Knead with hand a few rounds to ensure evenness, cover and rest for 30 minutes. 4. Prep small consistent filling rolls and prepare pastries as per time mark 10:20 5. Oil tray evenly. Brush surface lightly with egg yolk prior to baking 6. Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Hi Aunty! Thank you for sharing. I’ve tried the recipe and it works! Can’t believe that it’s easy to make pineapple tarts. Some of my tarts melted a bit at the below part probably because I put too long (20 minutes) in the oven. Nevertheless, I’m overjoyed and can’t wait to make more (I still have those pineapple pills and batter left cause last time can’t fit anymore in my oven). Hi Aunty! Thank you for sharing. I’ve tried the recipe and it works! Can’t believe that it’s easy to make pineapple tarts. Some of my tarts melted a bit at the below part probably because I put too long (20 minutes) in the oven. Nevertheless, I’m overjoyed and can’t wait to make more (I still have those pineapple pills and batter left cause last time can’t fit anymore in my oven).
