Your question: can you share some fun and easy new moves on poi??
Ans: Here are some variations of pendulums, stalls and some extra to try while spinning. These are also great for transitions and while dancing with your poi. I am terrible with names so I’ve use made up versions which are more descriptions than titles 😝.. if you know the names, please drop them in the comments!!
I’ve tried to add a whole ten to the list but if you guys need a breakdown of some, do let me know!! I’ll try dropping individual tuts for them eventually..hope this helps!! Do tag me when you try any of these moves, I'd like to see your take on them!!

I was a Poi dancer in my younger years, and I'm 40 now. But every one of us used fire when we performed. It just isn't the same with these fake lights. It takes the danger out it which was the appealing part. Don't get me wrong, there's an art to this with a lot of studying, with a god-given talent, and most people can't do this. But I find this boring.
Wow, way to be negative as fuck. These aren't even LED poi and she is inside her house filming a video, what's the point in using fire poi? Plus plenty of people still do fire poi for performances. Plus modern LED snake poi look a million times better than fire poi and don't require fuel soooo. And it's not even that dangerous at all, most you are going to do is light hair on fire if you're not an idiot. How is the danger the appealing bit? Personally I find the tracing of complex shapes and patterns, the flow and movement, seeing the poi spin and stop and trace lines and follow the movement of the artist to be the appealing bit, ya know, the actual poi-ing
