How far away are you from Tampa, FL by chance?
My hair started matting just like your niece’s hair from products I’ve been using for 6 years but now as my hair getting longer my hair mattes with it so I had to change products now I’m using V05. But to get the knots out I used Cisco oil and warm water lol
