Finger detangle all the way 👏🏾 I kind work mostly with my thumbs from the bottom all the way to the top with conditioner and then I really only use the comb if I want to be super thorough while rinsing out the conditioner under the running water. Other than that I won't use a comb unless my hair is like completely blown out with my revair #BestHairInvestment. Not an ad but it put blowing out my 4C curly hair back on the map, now it's just a matter of if I have time to sit around and watch something with subtitles because it's loud 🤣

Idk…. I feel like finger detangling isn’t thorough enough. The average person sheds about 50-100 hair strands on a daily basis. Keeping that shed hair in your hair could lead to more tangling & knotting, theoretically. Right?

I've decided loc my hair

I have sensitive hair and scalp. I can’t put a bobby-pin, clip, pony tail holder. Nothing on or in my hair. I can have small braids but it has to be loose. I had been dealing with inflammation and had surgery on my back. So I pray my hair heals as well my body as I’m devoted to my health. It’s a very weird place to be in. Thanks for this video.

When I went to school there wasn't an IF THAT WAS YOUR REAL HAIR. Our hair was all that was available and truth be told we were better off for it. My almost 90 mother still has thick long hair. I am grateful for those times. I feel sorry for what's happening now to these children at a younger and younger age.

What do you do for high density but thin strands. I have so much hair, but I feel like when applying product it doesn’t clump together well because of how many individual thin strands there are and it gets frizzy at the root

Kindergarteners don’t wear their hair like this anymore. There are styles that don’t look grown.

My 3rd grader goes to school rocking her natural hair in braids, ponytails, twist, bantu knots, etc. A few of her friends asked her if I could braid their hair, so they definitely still love the classic hairstyles!
