GOD Bless You my sister!!! We will know the truth and the truth will set us free. Thank you for taking the time and having the patience to explain the process. Black woman can grow long hair, it needs TLC, tender loving care.
I’m sorry that happened babe , it can get pretty intense. That removal process will test your strength 🤣🤣 you gotta find that happy medium where it’s long enough to get good growth for your texture but take it down right before it goes to dogone far 🤣🤣 thanks for watching babe

Can you do a video on frontal fibrosing alopecia? I was diagnosed from my dermatologist. And she gave me shots of injections and pills...growing verrrrrrrry slow...it's been 5 years..I have short edges and bald spot in my crown..and lots of hair in the back of the nape...thank you ❤❤
@@rdgcleveland1 Uh no this is scientifically proven, do your research. If your hair is overhydrated the balance between moisture and protein becomes distorted that's why. Same thing happens when you use to much protein, which happened to a lot of RUclipsrs following the rice water challenge.
leaving your hair wet for long periods of time is what does it, i.e going days with wet hair or sleeping in a DC. its totally okay to spritz your hair with a bit of water for moisture every other day or so. if you are maintaining the protein in your hair (which is through your diet as well as external products with some protein in them, not the same as pure protein treatments) you have to do the extreme to even get hygral fatigue
I appreciate your story I really love it every since about over year now and I can't find your product anywhere sooooooo where can I pick up your products. I makes hair products that's work miracle as well and I do pre poo my hair had mad it to my 4 vertebrae then I had to trim is not the word but cut how can I not get into this again not sure how I got those nasty ends from the beginning
Thank you my dear , products are found on cocaknotz.com my darling 🥰 and the ends are the most fragile part of our hair and they can get brittle and break from various reasons, rubbing on your clothes , the sun drying them out or getting snagged by combs , tools or even pillows , just be careful … very careful, but the year it will be different your hair will be in much better condition. 🚫 no more nasty ends . Thanks for watching my love
12:26 You said the colonizers introduced us to combs. However if you research it the comb was invented in ancient Egypt and it was used all over Africa before slavery. The colonizers did however shave the slaves heads and deprive them of their tools, oils and herbs they would usually use to groom their hair, leaving them to improvise. Finger detangling is a lot of work and not everyone has the time. I use a mix of my fingers and combs. I believe wide tooth combs are safe enough to use and technique is more important than your tools and products.
Absolutely darling, I am aware , maybe I was talking to fast , but yes colonizers introduced us to their comb which had smaller teeth versus the African wooden comb that had only 3 finger/teeth . Their is a marvelous documentary made in 1981 called “ 400 years without a comb “ this documentary highlights how we as a people started using the colonizers tool ( their version of a comb ) over our very own comb from our homeland, their comb helped ruin our hair . Thanks for watching and commenting love 💕 you are a very wise woman
Picks are a little better but it “picks” at your hair as well , but the afro days will be back and better than ever everything repeats itself , but this time it will be natural butters and oils and not all that sheen stuff 😉 thanks for watching
Can you give a regimen for straight natural hair 2:19 What do you suggest regarding water? Do we need to wash it once a week? Just wondering what you would suggest for straight hair naturals to retain length. Thank you
Great question, love it and I will make a video on this topic , yes I would encourage straight naturals to have a solid wash day routine, washing when their scalp is very itchy, maybe washing weekly will mean straightening every week which may not be best long term , I feel if you want longer hair and will be straight the entire time , use great treatments to strengthen your hair when you do wash your hair , hot oil treatments, hair masks, natural oils and butters whenever possible and hair steaming, be committed to keeping healthy hair while in a straight state , definitely remove the combing and brushing as often and still doing protective styles to keep you from touching your hair to often , pick a style that you don’t have to touch for days, like French braids or a loose French roll , don’t wear your hair down too much , (friction on fabrics ) and other tips I will put in a video so make sure your subscribed
Your absolutely welcome my dear , yes 🙌🏾 heat(I think it’s the same as steam caps I more familiar with those ) caps work well in using heat to open up low porosity hair cuticles,by creating a moist environment, make sure hair is damp and has nourishing oils on it so it can be a treatment, I highly recommend this Hot Oil treatment it’s an anti breakage treatment and will help you grow stronger hair cocaknotz.com/ols/products/intensive-hot-oil-treatment
Beautiful work. I want to invest in your products but they are pricey. It would be helpful if you listed how many applications you can get out of each of your products! Just a suggestion
I understand my dear , but these products last for months even with daily use ✨ my products are made to be used in conjunction with water 💦 so only small amounts of damp hair , think 80% water and 20% products, your hair needs more water than it does product
This was very informative. I’m not sure I missed it but how can someone soften their water. I use distilled water to steam my hair every other week during my deep conditioning session. Also I have notice that my ends are damage when straight and I associate that to be from brushing during detangling.
You soften your water by adding back minerals into you water that was filtered out during the purification process, I use natural essential oils for their amino acids content I sell a water softening solution cocaknotz.com/ols/products/mane-magic-growth-elixer Your ends could be dry , maybe from over manipulating or friction on fabrics but I can’t be sure I offer virtual consultation so I can better assess your hair, email me fullofcrystals@gmail.com if your interested
