I really thought I was doing a bad job & even walked over to the bin and opened it to throw out my sticky mixture but then I heard you say just add a few sprinkles of flour. I added some faith and it turned out perfect!!! Thank you
I'm so glad to have found this video! I like how the dough is already divided for each dumpling because before I had to roll out one huge dough and cut them into dumpling-sized circles. This is waaay simpler!

Great recipe! Just made homemade chicken & spinach soup with this recipe and it turned out great! Super easy steps to follow. (I didn't leave it for an hour and it still turned out perfect.)

Thank you for sharing. The dumpling wrapper I made at first was epic fail. It cannot wrap. It was not sticky also when I wrapped the meat in t dough was not sticking well. I will try this tutorial you shared.

Corn starch is so they won't stick together,.Just don't stack them on top of each other ,No corn starch needed 👍

Is it warm water to make a dough?
Don't you need to put yeast in it? Like how does this dough inflates without yeast?
Usually in this kind of dough...U don't need yeast or baking powder...
Uh... the dough isnt supposed to inflate. You're not making bread. When you cook dumplings you're just changing its texture, not making it rise.
Vietnamese place down the road used to do these mad dumpling with day old roast pork, but they closed down because of the "covid" and i been craving them every since. Slow roasted off some pork last night, with plans of tearing it up and making dumplings. (i have the dipping sauce worked out they use), this was the final piece of the dumpling.. :)

I recommend you to use it immediately, unless you make dumplings (with filling) then you can freeze them. Hope it helps!

Yes dumplings can be deep fried I have one Korean friend and three Chinese friends!
Does it have to be corn starch? Can it be flour?
It has to be cornstarch or other starches. Flour will make the dumplings stick to each other. Hope it helps!
