This music will grow flowers. I hope it lives forever
Wow that 'after bach (part 5)' chords floored me. Geeeeezz
Brad 'Wizard' Mehldau. So good. Thank you so much for sharing it Nonesuch 🙏
My man never opened his eyes, thats total knowledge of his instrument, impressive.
One year ago, there was full concert on you tube uploaded by Philharmonic de Paris, but later they deleted it.
tremendous.
beauty itself
Oreilles attentives - Brad Mehldau dans son improvisation fait le lien en pensée avec le thème de Michel Legrand (You must believe in Spring).
너무 멋지심
Will there be more videos of this performance? Namely, the encores (Radiohead, Coltrane and E. Garner)?
3:58 se fue a otra galaxia

Bill Evans Lives. Mehldau is to Evans as Einstein was to Newton.
You can tell that Brad Mehldau plays his improvisation with "You Must Believe in Spring" in mind. And there is a reference to the prelude in C major (perhaps Bach inspired Michel Legrand 250 years after his time)
