Dan, you are such a generous person. These ideas are worth billions and yet you uploaded this video to be viewed for free. Thank you man, really.
Welcome Adrian.
Don't you know Adrian, he is positioning narrow and reaching wide. Isnt it Dan??☺️☺️
@@jinugeorge9673 It works though, Dan is really walking the walk not just talking the talk. It really makes you think: if this is his free stuff to a wide audience, how amazing must his paid 1-on-1 consultations be? Dan is a great consultant for a reason.
@@neoth8647 true indeed, well said, I gotta get consulted by Dan now lol seriously
It is over two years that Dan Lok keeps motivating me in every direction. I am so grateful!
This is profound. A great way of appealing to the audience in a very subtle way.
Your God-sent Dan, you provide excellent content for free... continued business in your life
Amber Leaf WEIRDO. Grammar NAZI! Are you perfect???
1. Speak to one person, not to the group. Its all sub conscious. Hello is good
2. Dont hide behind the black box, are you out of the box? Go beyond that black box
3. Deliver from your power spot. Centre of the audience
4. Pass, present, future. Negative to postive
5. Speak from your diaphragm 19:40 see the difference
Drink water 2hours before. You will manage your tone
6. Entertain first, educators second. Empower third.
SiFu, these profound tips were such AHA moments especially the part where you address the audience as one singular person and not a group. It’s such an impactful change. Thank you so much for your generosity and sharing these priceless tips. It is highly appreciated🙏.
Past, present and future is such a great tip..you dan is accepting your mistake..very down-to-earth person..you dont have pride..very good....
Dan i have been following your work for sometime now. It's absolutely outstanding. I started to work on my own. I was just pretending since some years that I am doing something, but it was not worth it. You have changed my life. Now I am writing this to tell that, when you presented the way to use the stage, like going left side of the audience to tell the past, i just felt it in my heart. I have watched more than 300 videos of you, i am taking notes, applying in my work, but only this time I felt it strong unlike other time. By the way I am from india, i will definitely be doing your team within one dec 31st, 2019. Thanks for making my ass to move.😎
Thank you so much Sifu.
You've touched and changed so many lives and among those there's me. I've learnt so much through your teachings and I feel like I'm enlightened.
You're inspirational, motivational but also very pragmatical.
I'm honor to call you Sifu and overwhelmingly grateful to encounter you during my early 20s.
Thank you so much.
I wish you the best health and all the best things in the world come to you.
I'm binge watching you vids, I'm addicted.Connection and fun are essential.
Excellent stuff Dan!! Your tactics are profound and they work Past, present and future!ZAAAAAAAA!
Dan Lok. I just want to say THANK YOU for the 5 Tips! I just finished my talk in school just now. I'm a 16-year-old student, the Deputy Head Prefect of my school. The reaction of the audiences really have an unexpected result for me. And some of my friend praise me that i gave a very interesting talk. And even 1 of my friend told me, this is his first time listened to a speaker that the talk is so powerful. I think this is because of the point you say: "the key to make the connection between me and audience, is let them feel i'm directly talkting to him. One-to-one. Not one-to-many". I just saw this video about three days ago. And i watched it again before i'm going to give my talk just now. I also introduce them to watch this video. By the way, Thank You So Much Dan Lok!
Good Jeremy.
wow this is so good! I will never see public speakers the same way again.
This is one of the things we teach Scout leaders in a course for public speaking. The course is called Trainer's Edge. I love this soooooo much!!!!!!
Dan Lok is a genius. I connect with his presentations and it feels truly personal. In Dan's voice, this is a F**king Awesome Tips. Thanks Dan for this.

I am blown away with the 5 tips in public speaking. before HTC I was not aware how much we are under control of our subconscious mind. it is really gold
Thank you, Dan. This is very informative.
This is a wonderful video, Dan. Great presentation. Thank you!!! But, to be honest, when I think about my recent presentations, speeches, I just realize that these all things appear naturally. I believe there are people in the world with the natural ability to be great speakers. Which is fantastic.
A very awesome video, those were some life-changing tips for me. I do give a lot of presentations for small to medium size groups of 5-30 people and always have trouble projecting my voice without yelling at everyone and then losing my voice. Practicing projecting from my diaphragm is a game changer and all the tips for stage presence, addressing the crowd and how to carry yourself will help me make some valuable impact and value for others about our veterans health information exchange program at the VA Medical Centers.
Keep it up.
One of the best videos on public speaking..Thank you for sharing with us..God bless you Dan!

Yes. So many times there is a major disconnect when a content creator / speaker forgets that their audience is ONE person, rather than all of us
Fantastic tips.
Thank you!
My pleasure Ed

Whether you are a master in public speaking or you've just started learning the ropes, being confident and accurate in your presentation skills does take time to develop.

Person with a bigger diaphragm, Person with bigger success
The number of views does not do justice to the value of the lessons in this video.
Left is past/ bad, Middle present /( Power position), Right Future/ positive . Imagine a black box about your arms width hunting you and move around. NEVER MAKE YOUR PRESENTATION GLOBAL. Instead make it about one person, use Hi, instead of Hello everybody
