So today, I'm going on a virtual tour of Mahindra World City Second Part, including the Iris Court Per Flat cost, Iris Court Per Person Cost at room in MWC. Mahindra World City Established in 2002, Mahindra World City Chennai has strived to maintain a balance between life, living, and livelihood. This project, undertaken as a Public-Private Partnership between the Mahindra Group and TIDCO (a Tamil Nadu government entity), transcends the conventional definition of a business space - it is a meticulously interconnected and efficiently functioning business ecosystem. Mahindra World City, Chennai is not only India's first integrated city but also Corporate India's first operational Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Mahindra World City Chennai has attracted corporate giants such as BMW, B.Braun, Capgemini, Holiday Inn Express, Infosys, Ingersoll Rand, Lincoln Electric, Parker Hannifin, Renault-Nissan, Tesa SE, Federal Mogul, Fujitec, NTN Corporation, Timken, TVS Group of Companies, and Wipro, among others.
