Dr. Li, is liquid Stevia bad for us? I have a lot of it. It is 11% alcohol. I put it in my tea and lemon water. I also have Erythritol in my tea as well. I like to have my tea, oatmeal and some smoothies sweet so I use Stevia. Is coconut sugar a better substitute? I also give it to my 95 year old mom who is losing her memory( maybe from the Stevia?). Do you think I’m having too much of these sweeteners? I’d shave better? I heard shave is not. Dr. Joseph Mercola has said “no” to agave. What is safe?
To use the term "carbs" w no further modification is very confusing to people me included. "Carbs" includes things like sugar, flower, refined starches. All simple refined carbs and all very bad if eaten in significant quantities. "Carbs" also includes fiber and resistant starches. All good for the body. No wonder nutrition confuses so many people.

After fasting for 19 hours my BS was 136 and my keto was 0.4 My last meal was 1/4 cup tuna 1 cup green beans with just salt and pepper. And 1 cup northern beans Why didn’t my BS drop ?
A Dr who was covering for my PCP did the usual questions and made a wrong dx, telling me I was depressed. Wrong…I was annoyed with a person who moved into my home “temporarily “ and now would NOT LEAVE. That is NOT depression…So he insisted I take antidepressants. Long story short, I gained a lot of weight over the next two months and my A1C went from 5.6 to 12.4, then the lab sat on that bloodwork for another month. So my weight and bloodwork had escalated over a total total of 6+ months. My PCP finally got that blood work and I received an emergency call just before thanksgiving to get into his office immediately…I left work. I have been fighting this for 12+ years, and it was not necessary.
In another video you mentioned that a high carb diet is not healthy. High Carb Hannah is someone who I was following on RUclips. She has a high carb low fat diet and is doing fine.
There is nothing wrong with good quality carbs, you need carbs for your body to function. Just drop all the sugar and processed foods loaded with bad carbs does miracles. No candy, no pastry, no soda, no icecream, no commercial type of cookies etc. Try to find the alternative healthy forms of those, but you wont find them easy in grocery stores.
Put castor oil on a sanitary towel Cut some onion Put it in the area you have the sour Wrap it around with plastic wrap leave overnight you will feel better the 4th day
Most doctors are pill prescribers. I wish medical schools required med students to take courses in "food as medicine" so they can be more wholistic when treating their patients, not just prescribing a pill for every ailment.
Perhaps even more you need and deserve 15min to treat your "vehicle" & show your respect for it?! Its allowing you to experience life. I dont know you, but it doesnt matter, you being alive suggests you are deserving of a good "ride" 😉

you can't drive 24 hours a day. You need to pee once in a while instead of using a can get out of the truck and walk to a bathroom then every day walk before you sleep.

That may not fix sleep, family history, meds....but agree, in my experience swiching from eating ridiculous 6 meals to 3 and now 1 qualiry meal has made all the difference for me, done it for years. Added regular fasting also. ( for non believers: I am hungarian, grew up on sausage, pastry,"must have breakfast..etc it took weeks just to reprogram my brain " I am no longer that, I do not identify, so i do not need breakfast i.e." I tried to forse myself to eat it & I either felt like puking or got so angry, its like my body now had to process the unwanted stuff... our body is so inteligent, its worth to get to know it! Uninformed answer. Other things that can cause it: an ex of mine went on bipolar meds and went from rock musician skinny to gaining easy 40 lbs due to medication (and lost after he went off.) Being hypothyroid, you can gain weight without changing your diet..and in fact, most hypothyroid patients eat far less and more healthfully than their "normal" counterparts. It can take well over a year to get the right dosage of thyroid medication..if that is at all possible. Conversely hyper thyroid patients can find it nearly impossible to gain weight (had another ex so painfully thin that he made David Bowie look fat by comparison.) And while one's doctor tries to fiddle with and find the correct dosage, one can find oneself toggling between hypothyroid and hyper thyroid and then you realize that many humans have limited control over what their body looks like..and are happy when we are just healthy. So your answer is extremely uniformed. Me? I am glutenfree, PE scatarian (mostly vegetarian), eat little sugar, avoid seed oils as much as possible and if on the rare occasion I do eat a bit of canola, I make sure it is organic and expelled pressed, make sure to get my (at the very least (and usually 50 minutes more) (was well over this before I had very major losses in my life and found myself busy attending to the aftermath) 150 minutee of weekly exercise and have been a professional vocalist-dancer for decades. So once again, your answer? Uninformed. But most doctors on YT are not endocrinologists and ignore the fact that many ppl are either hyper or hypothyroid simply because their medical training on the subject is limited and because more females than male suffer from hypothyroid disorder and women's medicine is woefully underfunded compared to men. That is just not true, I barely eat (though enough to not malnourish myself) and I do not lose weight, not even a gram. I eat healthy, no soda, no candy, no snacks, barely sugar. I also walk and work my ass off (or I wish so) during my job in 12 hour shifts with only 1 break and barely chance to sit down for even a second. You are just trolling this video with useless bs that many people got no motivation from. I know many people try to lose weight with magic which doesnt work, but some obviously have underlaying issues that doesnt make them lose their weight.
