Thank you for an awesome video. I have a LILLEbaby and I'm trying to figure out how to use it but can't get the waist to sit right. I have a long torso. Is this a problem? It only seems comfortable if I let it go all the way down to my hip bones. Its as if I can't get it tight enough and I am about the same size as you. What am I doing wrong?
Just bought my first Lille... baby isn't here yet, so I don't have a baby to practice this yet! Is there a typical age/size/etc when you can use a deeper seat?
+Anna Thompson You'll want to look for that M shape positioning especially in the beginning - I'd take a look at the instructional videos on the website for the two options for newborns - Fetal and Infant facing in - and get an idea for what you'd like to try! hello, great video, thank you :) I wanted to ask, is it me or the embossed is a little bit smaller than the lillebaby complete? It just doesn't look huge on you like lillebaby carriers usually do on me, can I ask how tall are you? maybe I'm just too short, hehe
+Mariana Castilla Hi Mariana! It isn't any smaller, but I'm pretty tall - nearly 6'. You might want to check out the new Essentials carrier from LILLEbaby - it's great for folks with a smaller frame!
Does the deep seat apply for forward facing too or just facing in? Also, my waist belt is sitting reeally low. It doesn't seem like it will tighten enough to be at my belly. Do some people do without the lumbar so the strap can tighten more?
+Megan Ramsey Hi Megan! I'm AGES late replying to you, but you can try unthreading just one loop on the lumbar support to get a tighter fit! I'm working on getting some Forward Facing videos out there soon!
