Hi KarenI think the way you tighten the straps by pulling from the back is amazing
Everyone has told me to tighten from the sides I cannot get the angle right to do it like that.
Please please please please can you do a tutorial about how to do that. Somehow managed to do it on one strap but not the other and felt it was more luck than anything
I have different amounts of slack at the sides but similar slack on the straps (that's on the rucksack staps) Hope you know what I mean

Hello thanks for your videos. Can you please suggest how can I comfortably tighten the straps with baby on to snug fit ? Straps are too tight and hard to fit. Is it my new one is defected ?
