thank you for these information, now my question is how to sync appointment status and description with status and body in outlook, before I used dynamics 365 for outlook n there was a button to sync between crm and outlook but now I can only track my appointment, while I need to sync description and status of my appointment from dynamics to outlook (I already configured mailboxes and sync filters as it has to be) thank you
Hello, Sanjay. just saw this video on Dynamics 365 integration with Outlook. It is brilliantly described, and it worked for me except for one user, whose mailbox was deactivated, and when I clicked on activate, it displayed this error. The mailbox cannot be activated. Because an associated user and queue is inactive.
when I create a phone call in Dynamics, it doesn't sync to Outlook. I want it in the calendar, the day I plan the phone call and the time. All is perfectly setup in Settings and else. Any clue? Would appreciate your input. Thank you

While trying to implement this faced issue that -> "Test and enable is not allowed if the organization is in administration mode." So i try to change the Administrative from ebabled to disable but getting error. Unexpected error occured. Request Id is How to do solve it? Thank you.
