Such great detail, thank you!! Quick question though, when I am trying to create a new template, I only have the choice of creating a Global. Account, Contact or System Job (those are the only choices that appear). Is there a setting that we need to set up?
Hi, I need help with Email Template in Sequence. I tried finding a lot but couldn't find solution. My problem is - I want to send automated followup email in a sequence with the previous email's (1st email's) subject line and body in the thread. That means - my 2nd email from sequence goes as a followup to the previous one in the same thread / conversation - so that the client can see my previous content as well. Currently, even if I keep the Subject line same / or prefix 'Re:', that doesn't work, and the followup email goes as a separate email with no previous email thread.
