In this episode we start the tear down of the 2024 Harley Davidson Nightster front end.
We start to process of building aftermarket triple trees for the Nightster, and we finally see what the new front suspension on the 2024 Nightster has to offer.
We are Kruesi Originals, a performance Harley Davidson shop in Phoenix Arizona. We specialize in aftermarket performances parts for Harley Davidson, and American V twin.

I don’t have one of these bikes but I originally rode a Sportster S when they first debuted at Sturgis in 2021 and the shit was insane even though it’s not the best looking bike. They pop wheelies with just throttle and my buddy and I got them up to 130mph. It felt like a mix between a Yamaha and a Ducati. We both have 39mm Dyna’s and basically both agree’d Harley needed to make a dual shock more traditional style bike with that 1200 Sportster S motor. That bike with a 120hp was straight up still to this day the most fun bike I’ve ridden.
Dude you guys are legit making me want to trade my FXBBS in for this. That thing is going to be a fckin monster when you're done.

the new Nighters and Sportsters don’t sound anywhere nearly as good as the old Nighters/Sportsters
I have this bike and I cannot believe that it's taken two years of waiting for someone brave enough to show it some love. Right now it is at @Blockhead getting exhaust and tune... Looking forward to seeing what you can do,
Just incase you were wondering, I fuel injected Harley will run without an exhaust on it…. Random comment just for the sake of giving you a comment
