A lot of them will say they want to see you do good until you are doing better than them. I talk about my personal experience and how i've lost friends the more i started to level up. I also talk about how certain women will see you as short term and nothing long term. Truth. Started to workout for a year and a half ago, everyone was friendly with me and surprisingly i didn't consider myself to have any haters. Now that I've gained a good amount of size and recently started to take my physique to whole other level, I started to receive a lot of hate from people that I considered to be my friends. It was honestly a tough process to go through since I had a different perspective of people. Most of my life I've had an overweight physique and everyone saw me as non threatening. Now that I've upgraded, people see me as a threat, even on the street I get looks from men that is unpleasant.
On the other side though, a lot of women started to notice me, recently at a club, some fine chick started to dance with me even though I put no effort to catch her attention. Honestly, it's a tough path, but it gives you a sense of reality of how human beings are, and I prefer that than to live in a fantasy.

Keep up the good work. I stopped drinking when I started taking workouts seriously. I lost most of my friends because I'm acting too good for them. I am happier with a smaller circle of friends.

Bro me and my crew are going though heaame exact thing ima pu tou on game tho beo if you want to put on muscle fast bro I also used to be skinny I recommend you using a mass gainer extremely effective that and lifting heavier consistently help me go from about 180 to about 250 pounds of muscle in a year and a half span shit is no joke weighted calisthenics combined with weight training helps also I used to be skinny trust me bro it work keep going bro

EXACTLY! 5 2/3 years in and i agree. if you have a look into philosophy you realise something. You cannot hate someone/something inferior to you. Just something at or above your level. When you stomp on a cockroach there is no hate, but there is disgust. when you feel threatened by someone ther ei s hate because there is danger. Thus when you get hate GOOD! that means those people see you as above them in a certain way. YOu gotta realise this. People come and go i have "lost" "a best friend" recently. the fucker distanced himself from me because i now outperform him in every fucking way and guess he doesnt like that because it shows his lack. have known this dude for 9 years now, always thought he had my back but the fucker is really fake. says oh yeah lets go to vacation together => goes with others and doesnt check another time wether or not i wanna come along. no loss on my side. there is a phase of being alone maybe even lonelyness, but stick through cause at the other end you will have new real friends. strong people wanna hang out with other strong people and whereas three years into my journey at the end of 2021 i felt like i had no real freinds i now can proudly say that i have a network of beasts that i proudly call my friends. not all into the gym or self improvement but genuine masculine good men. so keep at it let the fake weak fuckers distance themselves from you as they are not worth it anyway. problems solve themselves :)
