Maaan during COVID was THE WORST TIME OF MY LIFE!!! I started getting DARK DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, ETC., I was SU!CIDAL!! I was hellbent on discovering the point of life! Everything was so redundant to me… I noticed that the reason why I had these thoughts is because I had a terrible self image. Working out pulled me out of this. I realized that we as people DON’T GET ENOUGH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. WE SIT AROUND IN OUR THOUGHTS which can lead to us being mentally paralyzed. I gained over 30lbs from 160-190lbs in a lil over a year just by consistently hitting the gym. Ironically I’ve always been skinny, but the minute I stopped being so hard on myself to gain weight is when it happened. Moral of the story, get out of your head, START GOING TO THE GYM. I start getting anxious when I miss a single day at this point. All men should be physically fit! People treat you like you exist because it SHOWS HARD WORK, DETERMINATION AND STRENGTH!!

What you saying happened to me 2 months ago. Had a chick who was sexting me took her out. Then she telling me she don’t fuck on the first date. I cut ties with her and she got “upset” that I didn’t accept her friendzone. Found out that she was talking to one of the homies and was at his crib already and during our date I tried to invite to the crib and she be playing games. I thought this might be kind of stupid video but it has alot of truth. Many don't acknowledge the negative and one who hasn't experienced it won't understand.
