When I wasn't eating proper I could smoke chronic and be fully functional. Now I eat right and hit the gym a few puffs and I'm in bed for 12 hours lol.
Why people lie about steroid use: Respect, Money, Girls. Also people have been put in Prison for steroid use in the U.S., so there's not going to prison and having a Drug Felony on your record. I can't tell you if this guy is on the sauce or just has really good genetics, but I've been lifting and eating well for about 15 years, and I'm no where near his physic. At least I look younger than my age.
This is what kind of Rockstar celebrity status you will experience, as your friends who spend time with you who are not handsome enough or have enough muscle will be ignored and realize they have been missing out on this. 1. Everywhere and anywhere you go strangers or acquaintances will compliment you , ask workout or diet questions. From the Uber driver, to the TSA check, the flight attendant ( female or male) and the stranger sitting next to you on aircraft. Total of about 20 weekly compliments etc. 2. More respect, people like you more and usually say “yes” to your requests. 3. Invited to more social events , people want to be around you. 4. Stopped in public, supermarket, etc. as photographers want photos of you. 5. Discounted things or even things for free, 6. You may even be so fortunate as to be in a a Living Trust of an older friend.

Start at home. Do some push ups, go to the park and do some pull ups, train calisthenics, and start getting active, if you don’t feel comfortable. But letting you know rn no one gives a f about you when you are at the gym. Don’t be nervous or scared just go bro. In fact 99% people love seeing new comers and will help you and take you under their wing

Some things you can do to get a look like his (in addition to the gym). Eat foods high in antioxidants, and some foods with beta-carotine for skin. Use a face or body red light device everyday (helps with hair and beard follicle thickness and skin), use teeth whiteners every few months, get any dental work you need done (make money if you can't afford it), cover hairline with baseball cap if it's an issue, stay super lean (helps with facial aesthetics), face muscle workouts, chew mastic gum, have a pre-bedtime routine to relax before bed, mine is two hours but however long you need to get super relaxed to get deep quality sleep, that will help with muscles, skin, hair, wrinkles, everything, to have the "exotic" look you NEED to be a minority where-ever you're living. So if you're the same race as everyone where you are, read passport laws for different countries and make something work. Many skin care products make you look worse, so if you must use topicals on your skin, split test to see how they effect you over a long period of time (your body takes time to adapt). But yah, most important after having muscles is to be lean.
