Nice review vid. I really like this sling too (and also have the RP). I like that I can fit the RP with RF24-240 lens on, with a change-up lens (RF35/RF85) in the bag. For a compact walkabout carry it works really well.
Awesome vid, was wondering if the 70-200 fits vertically in the bag. Could you fit a small camera body (I have the A7c) 1 prime and the 70-200 vertically?
A standard 70-200 won’t fit vertically. The RF 70-200 for can would be cause it’s a collapsible lens. Usually if I’m traveling with the 70-200 and a prime I will have the 70-200 on the body and store the prime on top.
Looks like a great bag, but I'm worried that the camera takes a bit of finessing to get in/out. Do you find it to be annoying taking your camera in and out of the sling?
When It comes to having my 70-200 attached it takes a little more time to get it in the bag but I haven’t found issues taking it out. Once it’s out with that lens I’m usually not going in and out of the bag with it. When I have the shorter lens on it’s pretty to easy to go in and out. That’s just my experience so far. Hopefully it gave some more insight.
5 stars video, bro! very helpful. did u consider the wandrd 6l bag or peak design before getting the nomatic? after 9 months, how do you feel it? thanks
I didn’t really consider a sling until seeing the nomatic. After 9months I still really appreciate having it for events and traveling to keep things light.
@@d.j.harris2355 thanks for taking the time to reply to questions in the comments, much appreciated :) quick question, i want to buy this bag online, but my main requirement is that the bag can resist compression from force to the outside when the bag is zipped up, i.e. can the main internal frame take some light punches to the outside without much movement or deformation? i have a hard shell sling, would you say this bag offers similar stiffness and sturdiness to give better protection to the camera and lenses inside? thanks m8, cheers!
I preordered it through their kickstarter campaign last June. They had a lot of supply chain issues due to Covid so I’m not sure if they are at the point of selling them beyond the kickstarter yet.
Best review of this bag. I like how you showed multiple options of what to pack. Good job!
Glad you enjoyed it!
good job great

I was unsure about this bag even though I’ve been wanting it . You convinced me to purchase it
I hope it's a good addition for you! I'm enjoying it the more I've used it.
Very helpful! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
I really wanted to see how it looks on the body.
Thank you! I wish every sling review included a 70-200 f2.8
good job.
Great video. Do you think a Mini 4 Pro and RC 2 Controller would fit the way your Mini 4 Pro and controller fit?

What kind of lenses are those?
Can it also be used as a hip bag?

Are these also nomatic straps at the bottom of the bag to hold your tripod? Great video btw!
These are from Amazon. I believe Nomatic has their own version tho, they just weren’t available when I first got my bag.
Is that the EF 70-200?
Great vid! What straps did you use for your mantispod?
Thank you! I ordered them off of Amazon!
