Dude, you should hide a microphone in your beard.
Dat glitch transition though 👊🏻👊🏻
This has honestly been the biggest help I have ever seen. I've been trying to find the right equipment to start my own streaming and videos and this is absolutely hands down, the best. Great job
First off, thank you so much for taking the time out to explain everything in such detail! I learned a lot from this. :)
SECOND OFF....the only people I can think who would dislike this are either people who are very particular about their computer choices, or guys who can't grow a beard...
Love how when you were talking about natural light being a PITA, that the exposure shifted at that point. Small details man, love it!
Man love the editing every video. A video coming in the future regarding your editing process? :D
Great video again. The setup is definitely elite, but the video editing is by far supreme.
Love your video editing techniques Jeremy, you're providing a lot of inspiration and ideas... Great Job and Thanks 👍🏻👊🏻
This is such an epic channel. Been a subscriber for over four months now on my other channel which I officially closed this morning and I made sure I subscribed on this new and forever channel, and the videos, editing, content and his passion to help people become better bloggers/ vloggers keeps me coming back every day and watching his videos over and over again and in anticipation of new ones. You raaaawk Bro!
Mac or Windows - whichever one helps you get the job done your way - is the one that's right. I use both so I guess that makes me a fence-sitter. Great videos Jeremy!
Setting up my RUclips studio, been looking around in the last week and bam! You have it all here, so wonderful. Thanks man!
This channel deserves over a million subscribers; so underrated for this caliber of content. I just started making videos and just started getting into the ABC's of editing. Knowing how long it takes me to do the basic stuff, I really appreciate the effort and time it must take to make content like this. LOL so many people have no idea how much work RUclips actually is.
This is by far the best video I’ve seen all day. New to the cinematography game and this was very informative and definitely showed how creative/ dope you are as a film maker my man!
this is the first video im seeing of yours, came up on my recommended. i gotta say, you deserve far more than your 33k subs. killer editing and awesome studio man. easy sub decision
Really love the style and approach you take with these vids. Seems effortless, which we will know is anything but when your doing these things. Awesome work
Thank you for all the videos you do, great stuff and straightforward, much appreciated!
Awesome video. You're right on point when it comes to computers. The Operating System you use no longer really matters. Windows, Macs and Linux are all great. I use them all as a web developer. They do have some differences, pro's and con's but ultimately, use what works for you. Your editing skills are sick. Great job!
Great video like always. I love your videos mostly because you're just a genuine humble dude. Your editing is always on point!
Appreciate that! 👍🏻
I have been watching for a while now. I am beyond grateful for your style of filming and all the info you pack in the videos. I am just starting my journey and have watched 100's of hours of "how to" start on youtube and yours have been a constant in my watching. Keep up the savage work my man, if your ever in S. Florida, I owe you at least a tattoo and a handshake. Thank you. -Luis
Awesome!! Glad it was helpful 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Damn, i had to pause your video on my 55 inch 4k tv, i could not resist, i must add comment. My first camera was 40d canon years back when it was considered good. then at that point i was just learning ways to get max out of that DSLR, i had one friend who told me do not chase best lenses and DSLR bodies, but get a decent light. Which i did i got my first on camera flashlight that was pretty expensive, but i saw so big difference in quality and in options it gave me. after that i got wireless triggers + umbrella so i can make some kind of compositions. Next step was i got my first studio light kit, nothing fancy 2 x 500W(or 400W cant remember) but that was best investment in terms of money/picture quality.. so bottom line, you are so right, LIGHT is the key, sometimes its fun to go hard and use what you can to improve skills, but if you do it for money do yourself a huge favor get decent lights. especially when now we can get some setup with batteries and use them anywhere without hassle. Good video as always!
Content creator genius to bring in your twin. I've done an old me vs. younger me but never on the same screen. That just hits so differently. 👍👍👍 I LOVED IT!!! I too have shot videos where either I couldn't shoot the whole talking head in one setting, or I found out the audio sucked and I had to reshoot when OBVIOUSLY you could tell I had a cold or allergies were kicking my butt!!!
Great video and transitions are incredible. The "inception" rant on the computers was bad ass! I hope to get a studio similar to yours someday!
Solid B-Roll and glitches. Also the multiple "yous" so cool. Thanks for giving us your creativity. God Bless.
the glitch effect FTW
I love creating studio spaces, and yours always look incredible. Thanks for sharing!
It's cool seeing your evolution over the past few years and settling into a niche of sorts.
One of my favorites of yours. Really helpful, dude.
Great video and all looked so nice, studio/shorts/mixing and all is great.
The ideas are cool as well.
Your videos are always awesome. Full of positivity and creativity. Thanks.
I’m trying to restart over and have been watching videos and tips to do so. This was very helpful. Great video. Love the video editing. Thanks for the tips.
First video I’ve seen of yours and I gotta say this was such a fantastic video man! Editing was SOOOO CLEAN and setup was absolutely beautiful! Great tips :D
Jeremy amazing videos, saw your Mavic and really liked the editing , and so far have spent almost an hour watching more... thanks great job won 100% subscribe
Dude that's an awesome video, loved it, looking forward to watching the others
Exceedingly useful information! I would suggest you view this overview as a lead in to separate videos offering a deep dive on each of the main segments. You could go into more detail and offer more optional info on each segment, i.e. lighting, audio, backdrops, background music, etc.
Perhaps even develop courses or masterclasses on how to get your videos to look as professional as possible for a reasonable fee. Your video expertise is marketable. (I hope I’m not embarrassing myself because you are already doing these things and I’m just not aware of it!)
Really well-done Jeremy!
I found this out starting out my during my first "RUclips" endeavour" channel. I used a Rode Video Mini Mic on my iPhone and couldn't figure out why I was getting static. I FINALLY figured out if you are recording on a phone...for the love of God, put it on AIRPLANE mode. Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you to do this!! I ended up getting two of these mics before I realized this!
I now I have a Canon M50 and have to get a different Rode Mic, but lessons learned! Hopefully someone will learn from mine!
P.S. Just found your channel. New fan, new subscriber and have rung that bell and looking forward to catching up on your content and seeing all future videos! I also agree that steps suck and I have mine in our sunroom, so I am not going in the basement or upstairs but I do imagine that eventually I will be upstairs in the loft.
What Rode mic in particular are you using for M50. I just got mine today and looking for good recommendations.
#KEYS
Tina Jackson totally need this, thanks
Transition at 10:23 was super dope. Yea while I’m writing this you freeze framed and walked into the frame... you are dope bro.
Bro your transitions are freakin' awesome!!!!!!
Great content. This was really inspiring. I wrote some notes as I'm planning my studio buildout.
Love your editing! Super power magic!
Nice tips. Thanks for the video. I'll try and incorporate some.
Love this! Btw your DIY skills are amazing! I came from your office tour. Which was awesome!
As a windows user, I actually really like OSX and especially programmes like Final Cut Pro. The only bummer is the constraints when it comes to upgrading the hardware.
With that said, I'm loving the setup, looks super comfy, yet productive. Nicely balanced, my dude.
Great tips! I also love your setup as well, I'm going to implement some of these ideas to my RUclips workspace too
Im working on a studio for my channel right now. Thank you for the tips! Finally someone who doesn't talk a bunch of bulls**t and keeps things real. Subbed!!
I stumbled onto your channel and have watched a couple of your videos in the last couple days and just wanted to say, you are awesome and producing amazing content. As a fellow influncer and not to the caliber of you I just wanted to say thank you for your content and info and I will keep watching. Thanks! 👍👍
Diggin' your vlogs JeremySiers... and love the studio. I took a look back and have seen where you came from... nice progression, well done. And let me tell you something about computers!! Nope.
I like the variety of shooting locations your studio enables you to have.
Awesome video! Very informative and inspirational to be honest.....LOL. I see what you've done mixing it up with Reviews, How-To's, and Life.......which is basically what I'm wanting with my channel, but trying to get the setup part, to give the viewer some insight and be presentable.....you nailed it! Glad I came across this vid. Count me as a new subscriber!
"A HUGE THUMBS UP" Man your studio rocks. I am working on running a live gardening show from my home,,trying to make it nice and more appealing for my show.
Thanks for the tips
Marty Ware ( Australia)
Great video setting up my studio now! Thanks for the great tips!
Really enjoy these kind of videos from you! killin it man!
I am thinking about starting a channel up. Watching you has always been enjoyable, informative as well as entertaining. You give out such good ideas and make things seem fun. Wish you and yours the best. Good to see you opening up to some rums as well🥃
Your video editing is Elite
Once again another great video! Great information and content we could always learn from. You have a lot time and money in this so thanks for the life lessons. 👊🎩
That sneaky keyboard sound at 7:56 😂 great video, dude, thank you!
Wow, your video editing skills are amazing!! :D I am loving your content!!
LOL!!! So true about people's computer preferences!!! Great video as always Jeremy!
Love the atmosphere, masculine rustic and modern. Quite satisfying 👍
Hey man. That's a nice studio. Like it so much. Found your video in recommended and... that's awesome. Great story telling, great editing and great everything else. Why not so many subscribers?
Loved the video. That beard is killer too. I am currently trying to build a budget desk to get a studio started. All these tips will be helpful.
Great video! I hope to slowly make a studio for my guitar and singing. I have a camera, and guitar and a voice, and my brothers mic. I will be using your lighting ideas and sound and lighting, etc.
I never have enough lighting! You've got such a great space. Thanks for sharing. Gonna take some ideas for sure.
Great tips, thank you 👍. I am going to make some tweaks to my studio 🤓
Awesome work man! There's a lot I'm learning from you. I'm just starting out, but I feel like I'm getting better each video. I need quite a bit of equipment (DSLR, Sony Action Cam, Drone, Mics, etc) but like you said, it's more about the person behind the camera than the equipment. Cheers and I am excited to see your channel explode!
Thanks brother! Glad the channel has been helpful👍🏻. Good luck and happy shooting! 😃
Really helpful!!! I'm new to RUclips and I can use all the help I can get! I'm subscribed and look forward to more of your videos.

This is the first time I've ever watched one of your videos, and all I can say is WOW!!! The editing is exquisite, the content is so helpful, and I love your accent. :) Where are you from? I'm an east Tennessee gal, myself, so I love a good southern accent! Anyway, awesome job, man. You just gained a new subscriber. 👏👏👏
Thanks Melanie! Glad the videos are helpful for you. I am originally from Kentucky, that’s where my accent comes from. 😉👍🏻
Love the B-Roll as transitions ;)
Nice Studio! Thank you for giving us a tour of your studio!
DAMN....never seen anyone Do the Glitch thing EVER on a RUclips video...THAT IS AWESOME...And You're Correct, The Computer as the Camera is Personal not everyone is going to agree with what you use, but then again it's what YOU like, Amazing Man...Amazing. I'm Gonna Subscribe to you man.
Just discovered your channel. Very nice work, sir. Thanks for all the great tips. Curious about how much you've invested in your gear/setup overall... maybe a future vid? Also, love the pipe/shelf stuff. Been seeing that everywhere, lately.
Great video. Very helpful info. You made me want to get a standing desk. LOL
You don’t have to apologize for your voice or sickness. Dude it’s free but good content on RUclips and that’s awesome!

Fantastic editing, definitely kept me watching.
Really conversational... lots of info, authentic... what's not to like. Just subbed. 😀
This video was great! Love the studio! Hope to get to that level one day. I'm just getting started although I've worked in broadcasting for almost 20 years. I just recently subscribed and I'll surely be checking out the content.
love your setup and videos
Thanks man, really helped alot :D im gonna start investing on my studio now .. :)
Thank you for this video. Great video
I hear a low volume staccato rumble in the "natural lighting" section. In my experience that is WiFi interacting with your mic. Long-story-short, when I'm near my WiFi access point with my Rode Videomic Go, I hear the same thing. Don't know if you noticed, but it took me forever to figure it out. Love the videos, keep it up!
Thanks for the info. Yeah, I heard it when I was editing and tried to fix it in post but didn’t have much luck. I just got a new mic in the mail today because I kinda figured that’s what it might be. Those Videomic Go’s have developed a little bit of a reputation for picking up interference. Bad shielding I assume. We’ll see how this new mic handles it. 👍🏻
Nice studio. Working on building mine now. And the beard is killer.
Awesome stuff! Glad I found your channel.
Dude! I wished you lived in NY so I could pay you to teach me what you know!! Damn good video! Niiiiice touch with the multiple images of you. Especially the "still" one. Salute bro!
