- Police surrounded a graffiti-covered high-rise building complex in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday morning after a group of people were caught sneaking into the property overnight.

Seriously!!! Just because some big money real estate whoever decided to build these buildings doesn't make US as tax paying citizens responsible for their failure (the buildings sitting there incomplete). No ONE (no human being) is in harm's way because of spray painters. So why "protect" (quotes bc it didn't work) these buildings. Ugh it's so wrong.

I was there a couple days ago. That new fence is nothing. Anyone can get over that lame fence.
A new fence won't help. They need to electrify an inner fence. 100,000 volts should do. If the trespassers get past that, then there's a moat filled with hungry crocodiles from local zoos. This should pay for itself, as the zoos no longer have to buy crocodile food.
