I know right? She is so feminine, beautiful, sexy, so kind, cheerful, friendly, and simple. This is the kind of women that doesn’t exist in the US. Because here in the US all the women you will see are masculine, weighs heavier than you, full of tatoos, have nose piercings, have neon color hair, thinks that she is a queen boss, a stong and indepebdent woman that doesn’t need no man. Women in the US are also 304s because the average woman in the US have body counts atleast double digit which means they have slept with the entire town, and by the time they are 30 years old and have 3 kids from 3 different dudes, and is overweight and wrinkly, only then they will start looking for a good man, only then they’ll start thinking of doing things the right way, living a simple family wife, etc etc.
I feel very sorry for the local guys in Thailand. The entire western world, from Australia to the USA by the millions, in the last many decades has been travelling to Thailand to get a local woman for themselves. Imagine living in a poor country with beautiful, gentle and feminine women that the entire western world adores and wants for themselves and since they are wealthier than you are, they come to your country and steal great portion of your women for themselves.
Westerners has no idea how to keep their own women feminine and gentle, so they go to other countries to steal women from there.
@@Anonymous-xq3cd you guys have no idea what it’s really like here in Thailand. Men from the west (mostly European and Aussies) have been here for decades ruining these women. The average Thai woman has a body count that rivals a western woman and is a far more deceitful hustler. Are they feminine? Yes. Do they cater to you in a way you’re not accustomed to? Yes, again. Be advised, many men with deep pockets saw her and had her before you and may have left the country but they’re still paying her. It’s nothing for a ‘regular’ Thai woman to have 2-3 sponsors sending her money on the regular.
You don't understand the dynamics that goes on between Asian woman (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam). There are a lot of good looking younger Thai and Filipino men in these countries. The population in these countries is much much younger with the average age in the Philippines for instance being only 21. These younger Asian woman DO NOT date Asian men 20 or 30 years older than themselves. Why? Because they are not attracted to old men....just like younger woman are not attracted to old men in your Western country. The only way an attractive young Asian woman will date a Western man much older than her is if there is something in it for her to make it worth it....ie a better life. Men do not go to these countries and "steal" the woman as you put it.... the woman go willingly for a better life. An older man in essence wants to "use" the woman for her youth and beauty...hence the reason he is not picking a 50 year old Thai bride. So it only makes sense that she "use" him as well for a better life. This is the dynamics. Anybody claiming it is not is lying to themselves. Older men get caught up in their own ego (ie. Wow...everybody here thinks I am Gwapo and look 15 to 20 years younger than I am") No, they are being polite. Thais are not blind. When you are 50...they know you look 50. It is in their culture to flatter you and tell you that you look younger and are attractive. There are plenty of very handsome younger men in these countries for them to choose from. Just look at who the Thai's last boyfriend was. It was most likely a Thai man about her age who was much better looking than you if the Thai woman is beautiful. Why wasn't she dating an over weight 60 year old Thai man? You already know the answer to that. Don't let your own ego get in the way of reality. I see old men come to these countries and let their egos run away with them. Pretty soon they start believing the compliments and feel their 60 year old, bald, overweight appearance is now appealing to young, thin, beautiful woman. It's not. If you are old and you want a very young 20 something beautiful female...bring lots of money and expect problems. You deserve them.

Of course, these old western farts do not literally steal Thai women from Thai men, I never meant it that way, yet they do steal them with their money. Thai people are mostly Buddhists to whom material wealth is an extremely desirable thing to have, most of their prayers to their gods are going to ask for material wealth, good health and good romantic relationship, so when they see a western man with clearly more money than a local Thai man, naturally, they show interest and go with them. Yet how does this look from local men's perspective? When millions of western men, wealthier than you are travel to your country and date your women? It does not look nor feel good at all.

After the 16 year lease ends are you able to renew for another 30 years and is there any additional fees
you can renew up to 90 years in Thailand.

A foreigner can own 49% & 51% must be local.
Wait, $2000 a month for 16 years is $384,000 not $281,000. $281k for 16 years is under $1500 a month. Is that $2000 a month a completely separate fee from the lease or is it the lease plus additional fees added in every month?
I think the $2000/month is the potential income you can get if you rent it out to a tenant.
I'm watching other channels and the prices there are a multiply of what you are showing. And the units never have a decent balcony. I love your listings tbh.

You vacate or pay for a new lease period if the freeholder agrees.
That is $217.50/sqft for a 120sqm (1,292sqft) condo at $281K. Is that a bargain?
Now this is very nice. So many of the other residents/videos that you have shown are odd. Pools in the front yard with no real walk way around them, and black beds everywhere, extremely small living/family rooms with extremely small kitchens with no dishwasher, pantry or sitting area. Also, showering next to the toilet with no barrier is disgusting. Who would do that? Kitchens outside.... that's interesting. BUT, this property is excellent. Everything you would expect from an upper-level residence. I love the view, train and horse track. The bed in the master bedroom is nice. An American would buy this unit and feel very comfortable. Nice job on t he video!!

Who is this beautiful young lady? Anyhoo, the condo is too small….the balcony needs to be wide enough for a reclining chair. The galley kitchen is too narrow, the bedroom walking space is cramped, etc. nice, but cramped. Vote for freedom……👍
