    Thanks. I've been looking at these this past week. So far, you are the only one who actually had a video on this. Think I'm sold.

    “It’s been real hot here in Texas lately.” That’s a fact. It’s at a point now that anything below about 97 degrees feels cool.

      @@cruisingwithkyle yeah till the next one lol!!!! Remember mods are cheaper than adding another bike 😂 that’s always where my mind goes…..I start wanting to add another one to the garage and so far have been able resist thanks to either buying better gear or adding mods to the bike 🤓

      Yeah I say that now but who knows whats going to catch my eye in the future haha. I’ve been in a chopper phase lately so I’m trying to resist finding a shovel and starting a project bike haha.

    Hey Kyle, just wondering how you're feeling about these with some months of riding with them? I have been trying to find a nice "middle ground" between the incredibly loud shortys/V&H/RCX slip ons and the stock. So far I've narrowed it down to these, the Bassani's and the Dean Speed slip ons but I can't seem to find much info on these as compared to the other two. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    • @cruisingwithkyle
      @cruisingwithkyle  2 месяца назад +1

      I think they’re great pipes, I had slip on shortys before and these were quieter but still had an awesome sound to them. They also sell baffles you can buy separately or with it and put in them if you want to muffle them some more. I’ve heard things about the Bassanis and I’m a big Dean Speed fan with all of their products but I went with these mainly because I like the look over the others.

      @@cruisingwithkyle thanks for the response and detail brother 🙏🏽 think I’m going to go with the bassanis, I need something a tiny bit milder haha

    Those look great! This video definitely helped me decide on these but being 6-8 week customs, I’m still a little nervous to order. How was working with the company?

      I moved from Houston to the Hill Country and even Austin is too humid for me these days. But when it's 100+ degrees, it's just plain hot.

    I'm wondering if the new slip ons aren't as loud to you on the bike since they exhaust further back from your ear. It'll be interesting to get your take on the new ones after you do a longer ride. Thanks for sharing.

    • @cruisingwithkyle
      @cruisingwithkyle  10 месяцев назад

      Yeah I think it definitely helps having the exhaust longer. Standing away from the bike while it’s idling doesn’t seem too different but at a decent riding speed having it further back is a noticeable difference.

  • @dgonzala

    How far is the top exhaust pipe from the back of the tire? I can’t tell with all the different angles.

    • @cruisingwithkyle
      @cruisingwithkyle  5 месяцев назад

      It’s about the same distance as the stock pipes. Maybe further from the tire due to the smaller diameter of the pipes.

  • @robdiamond8010
    @robdiamond8010 2 месяца назад +1

    Hey Kyle, are these the 2.5 slip ons?? I debating between the 2.5s and the 4.5s slip ons.
    I wanted the super radical exhaust but you can’t have pillion pegs, are you aware of any alternatives to them where you can still have a passenger
    Thanks!!

    • @cruisingwithkyle
      @cruisingwithkyle  2 месяца назад +1

      These are the 2.5s. I believe you can still have pillion pegs with these because they use the stock mounting points

      @@cruisingwithkyle thanks mate for the quick reply! Did you notice much more performance vs the stock?

    • @cruisingwithkyle
      @cruisingwithkyle  2 месяца назад

      @robdiamond8010 subtle increase in performance but the weight difference from the stock you can definitely feel. They’re a ton lighter.
