Making of the simplest door skin ever :-D a bit of gas bottle shaping, a bit of flanging, shrinking, adjusting and that's all. Aluminium 1.25mm 1050 Grade.
Great artisan work! I see that you are maintaining the tradition, but as a 3D scanning specialist myself I would like to ask if you see the 3D scanning advantageous or hindrance to your work process? Would digitally creating the patterns and jigs be of use?
Looks simpler than it really is!
If you are very gifted you can make things that are hard to do seem easy. Well done I am mesmerised. ❤
Unbelievable skilled workmanship ❤
🤩 thank you very much
You make it look easy. With simple tools too!
Nobody needs expensive tools if he can do it with simple ones ;-)
Really creative, I handed you over
Great work!

Body line does not line up high in the front low in the back Nice work when it fits
