Chicos algo q no esta un poco claro por q solo hacen el ejercicio para un solo lado del cuerpo osea no trabajan ambos por q cambian rapido de ejercicio.. si hacen un lado de piernas no ejercitan la otra espero haberme explicado bien y del resto un buen trabajo sigan asi 💕
@@mara9629 se hace dos por semana hasta q tu cuerpo se acostumbre al ritmo de las chicas luego puede ir combinandolos con otros estas dispuesta hacer un cambio fisico te recomiendo otro bue canal : Sergio Peinado pilas.
