So so so good to see you going for it! Thought for ages playing within yourself hasn't helped! Loving your new attitude and lifestyle stages, it is making a difference already. Add all of that and a few lessons to, you will definitely get below 20 especially with your putting! I know you will have moments where you revert to being fearful, anyone who has followed your journey will understand and appreciate that, but if you can keep up this new approach, it will reap massive dividends. My dear friend, as you know, I do struggle with positivity at times, but I am trying my best to keep encouraged in what I do right now. Like everyone I have slipped back a little at times and I’m probably doing so at the moment but I will get back on track very quickly. Time to keep moving forward I look to the future. You are never worthless no matter what you think at the time because as I know all too well there is always someone out there that loves you or need you to be around in their lives, even if at the time, we don’t realise it.

I hope you didn't get into too much trouble sneaking some extra golf in...😊, some good golf out there 👍 Congratulations on the weight loss so far it is a brilliant effort, you can also see it has helped your golf swing, you can see you're already taking the club further back and you could hear it on the mic as you brought the clubhead through the ball, more speed in there. Only thing I can see is try and finish the shot John what I mean is complete the follow through and hold it a few seconds (ie Padraig Harrington) as like me and many others we drop back on to our rear foot or falling off the shot as some would say, it's something I've been working on as I,ve got lazy with my swing...lol Looking forward to the course vlog from Bowood, fingers crossed I will be out on a course on Friday.
Hi Andrew, I’m sorry for not replying earlier, but I have been struggling to get the edits done for Bowood Park because there has been some serious audio issues due to the very very strong winds but I am there now I hope. Part two goes out tonight and I hope that you enjoy what we did, as for a finish on my golf swing, I completely agree and it’s something that I kind of have always forgotten about doing but I will do my best and try and get Dan to give me some more lessons and we need to get that sorted very soon.
Hi John, at one time I thought about buying a drone for overhead shots of the course. The issue was time in order to do that prior to teeing off. I decided against getting to the course hours before my tee time. Making videos is very hard work and time consuming. I didn't feel like adding to that. I hope we get together this summer, sadly I can't make it to the charity day. Will watch it from afar as usual. Simon p.s. Losing weight will help your game no end and very well done so far, keep going!

As for the drone yes I have one of those two but once again, I have so many cameras to carry and so little time to do everything by myself. Even though the lads are very supportive on the course vlogs there is still so much that I have to do myself and I guess that’s the way of it if I am the owner of the channel. One day I might be able to afford to employ someone else to help out all the time but hey that’s a long way in the future.

I will have a spare day every week and don't mind getting up at the crack of to get down there. I don't think I would employ anybody. I enjoy the editing bit as much as playing.

Hi Paul. Is that the GPS software I use? I have been for a few years using Golfshot. Back over 10 years ago or so it was a one off payment of something. Now believe it's a subscription app. Find it really accurate and always updating it. Not found a course not listed yet. Keeps scores aswell as giving you overhead views of each hole.
@@Neal_BigOGolf Many thanks. I’ve been told that Golf Shot is a very good system and I wanted to give it a try. I use Shot Scope myself and love that system but I think Golf Shot would give me more graphics which would be handy 👍🏻

Creaming it of the tees John. I don't proclaim to be an expert but I do feel you would benefit from swinging slower in your backswing, it would give you better control. Well done on your weight loss, not only is it beneficial for your health but it'll definitely help with the golf swing. Keep up the good work Big "O"

If only my swing stayed that way my friend. But when I’m under pressure or when I’m filming with others, it tends to go a bit haywire ha ha. But I keep on trying. Thank you for your kindness as always.
I still think that fear causes me problems Graham and this will need to be addressed but I will get there and whilst I know I will continue to make mistakes. I only realise I have done it once I have done it if that makes sense, so things will get better as time progresses.
There was a long way to go yet my friend, but I will keep working hard and trying to get fitter. I think that’s going to be key for me for the future of my Golf. Less injuries, less fatigue that causes so many problems for me.
Hi David, walking 12,000 steps before breakfast. Do mobility exercises to help me get more flexible. And using an app to keep track of everything I eat and drink. Trying to keep to a calories deficit plan. So I can eat what I like as long as I stay under what I need for the day.

Cocktails now that was an idea ha ha. Well we had a couple of bottles of bubbly, but nothing in the cocktail variety at that point.

You did not follow through with that first wedge on three, don’t quit in the swing, but two cracking shots to start that hole with….
