Mademoiselle Noir is a very sad story of a woman who is misunderstood by the people around her and meets a tragic fate. People saw him as evil and evil because they did not speak the same language as him. We misunderstand and vilify those who are different from us. Even if the thing we denigrate is innocent and beautiful, we don't want to know it. Mademoiselle Noir was a heartbroken woman. All she did was try to express herself, even a little, she. She herself was black as her soul, she. Her skin was pale and she looked sick. She secretly wanted help. People didn't want to understand his condition. Because they didn't speak the same language, they didn't really understand what he was saying. Because of his appearance, they associated what he said with something demonic. They called him a demon and burned him just as they burned witches. The woman, on the other hand, was waiting for a prince to come to save her, even as death came for her. She spoke her words with one last hope, but people never understood. In the end, she burned and died.
Rapunzel's story was during this period. They saw Rapunzel as just a fairy tale and thought she was beautiful, but then when they actually met a Rapunzel in real life, they saw her as a monster. In the fairy tale they thought it was a sweet innocent. People don't like things that are different and want to destroy them. Like they do when they see a heartbroken and black-clad Rapunzel instead of an attractive Rapunzel with blonde hair.

Isn't is supposed to be "Et c'est tout qu'elle *a* dit"? I mean, 'elle dit' is grammatically correct too but you can clearly hear an a. Besides, the translation of that line is "And that's all she said" but "elle dit" is present tense, so 'she says' and not said. 'Elle a dit' however is past tense.

    Mademoiselle Noir (Miss Black)
    Peppina
A man came across this old tower one day
It was straight like from a book he once read
He lifted his head up and saw this young lady
And here's what the lady said
    Moi je m'appelle mademoiselle noir
Et comme vous pouvez le voir
Je ne souris, ni ris, ni vis
    Et c'est tout ce qu'elle a dit
The man was so scared he could only run away
He ran to the town and then said
I just saw a lady with the longest dark hair
    And I think she's a living dead!
The people, so scared, took their guns and their swords
They ran to the tower and then
They saw the pale lady and felt a great fear
When they heard how she said it again
    Moi je m'appelle mademoiselle noir
Et comme vous pouvez le voir
Je ne souris, ni ris, ni vis
    Et c'est tout ce qu'elle a dit
The people, they knew what this all was about
She was clearly a demon from hell
They decided to set her long hair on fire
In the end it would burn her as well
But the lady was no demon she was a lonely soul
Just like in that book they once read
Still waiting for her prince while her hair was on fire
The one last time she said
    Moi je m'appelle mademoiselle noir
Et comme vous pouvez le voir
Je ne souris, ni ris, ni vis
    Et c'est tout ce qu'elle a dit
