Mademoiselle Noir is a very sad story of a woman who is misunderstood by the people around her and meets a tragic fate. Isn't is supposed to be "Et c'est tout qu'elle *a* dit"? I mean, 'elle dit' is grammatically correct too but you can clearly hear an a. Besides, the translation of that line is "And that's all she said" but "elle dit" is present tense, so 'she says' and not said. 'Elle a dit' however is past tense.
