- Hi everyone,
Here comes a theme i was expected to work on ! Hope you enjoy !
I noticed a few other request regarding the Pursuer from ds2, the four kings from ds1, the slumbering dragon from ds2 and martyr logarius from bloodborne...
i'll listen to all of them, find out which one inspires me the most, and try to upload it tomorrow !
This theme sounds good in my opinion, but i must admit i can't stand this character.

The theme fits perfectly with her dark, chaotic and destructive nature. love it
Okay, Nashandra is pathetic. Lore-wise, though, _that's the whole point._ She's the smallest and weakest shard of Manus, Father of the Abyss, and as a result, is hardly able to put up a very good fight.
Tbh when were dark souls final bosses not pathetic (except for gehrman)

@@danielgeronimo5538 Soul of cinder isnt pathetic but is wrather easy for a final boss simply because he doesnt do a lot of damage.
@@pancakke08 Point stands though, he isn't pathetic, and the damage really depends on what build you're on or what style you got at that point.

The first 25 seconds is the best
lets be real the fight only lasts 25 seconds
everyone sayin how beautiful the beginning is but 0:37-0:58 is absolutely the best thing I've ever heard in a souls game. We'll see how intense Elden Ring's OST ends up being but I still think this can't be topped

As disappointing as this fight is, I will admit her theme is pretty badass especially the first 2 minutes
4eyedsnake pretty much the same than with gwyn. Disappointing fight but the soundtrack and atmosphere are top.
Aldrich Devourer of Gods I disagree. Gwyn is one the hardest bosses in dks1 if you don't cheese him with parrying.
Try to solo her as a Sorcerer.

I mean lore-wise, both fights *are* meant to be disappointing.
Gwyn pretty much withered away as he tried to keep the First Flame lit, and became a husk of his former self. (at least, that's how I understand it)
And Nashandra is the weakest of the Shards of Manus.

The theme makes Nashandra sound as if she's a very powerful being that will rip you a new one in a matter of seconds. Especially the first couple minutes.
Oh, how one can dream. Of a better boss. Of a better Dark Souls 2...

Aldrich Devourer of Gods Not what I had implied. I just felt as if Nashandra needed more than simple mechanics and telegraphed-to-hell attacks. But, to each their own, as Dark Souls 2 isn't my exact forte.
I know this is very late, but I always felt that given how Nashandra is called one the weakest (if not the weakest) fragment of Manus, it would make sense that her fight is so easy. She's more of a schemer than a fighter, and her fight shows that. Look at what happens before it begins, she only shows up after you've beaten the Throne Watcher and Defender, so by that point you're probably exhausted and low on healing items.
Even then, taking into account you can just come back, for good measure she has numerous orbs that quickly curse your HP. Not only is the curse something the Undead fear, but it also keeps you away from her so she safely wear you down with it and her lasers.
coolguyman16 Ah, I see. I may still find the fight lacking, but I at least know it (may) have been by design.
I mean, maybe you didn't think so, but a good number of people ACTUALLY did find Gwyn pretty challenging? Even beyond that though I feel like the Gwyn fight also had the almost melancholy anticlimax thing down? It was like DSI King Vendrick moment, where the thing that's been talked up since the beginning of the game is a husk of what it once was, just another mad hollow. I really like what they were trying to do with Nashandra, but I don't htink it was executed very well, and the boss suffered for it :T Shame cause I like her design well enough

hey Mr twix, In my opinion changing the title of your videos can make more view because when someone who didn't know your channel saw this, he should think it will be the original theme, so not many people would click. maybe if you change for exemple for "twisted nashandra theme" or something Like that, it would be more viewed. anyway I said that because I was very sad to see it has only 44 views (for now)

From what i've seen, views depend mostly on the theme itself.
For exemple, artorias, iron king and alonne were the most successful because the characters are popular.
Maybe i'll try to change the title on my next video to see if it works out ;)
