We use ours all the time, definitely worth the money to supporting Texas parks. But I'm glad I renewed mine early 😂
@@MarkSmith-xg3dk I’m all for the support for our Texas State Parks. I renewed mine early as well. I visit these parks throughout the year and save 💰
Loving this, stay connected! you got a new member
We hope you enjoy the content and check out the great parks Texas has 😊
⭐️ Price increased has been postponed.
Still a good deal for us.
Oh- I didn’t know you got a discount in the park stores! Great to know!
One thing to be careful- we renewed ours and the way we did it we “lost” two months because it kicked in immediately instead of after our expiration date.
Still got a great deal, I wish we could stack them. If you stay two or more consecutive nights you receive and camping discount. Store discount is 10% on retail/rentals, which is nice.
oh! Here it is 😃 great audio by the way 🙌
I appreciate it Ken, been working on making that better.
Ours is good through December. Thanks for the heads up!
Good to hear! I buy one every year :-)
@@MrSTravelQuest My wife, Carol, has a similar bison photo from Caprock Canyons State Park. Beautiful animals!
@@doughutchison6382 I want to go back. Caprock one of the best places to get photos of them without a fence.
@@MrSTravelQuest We absolutely agree! We’re headed back that way very soon.
I plan on doing the same thing in the fall 😊.
Still a great value in my opinion. 👍
Absolutely, it's a great deal.
Honestly that's still not bad. At least it covers the entire year, some parking tickets cost just as much! 😂 and you're right, i'd rather pay the $95 to have all that excess to any park for more than a weekend, than pay over $100 for a day or two.
Exactly! Most people I talked to don’t mind the price hike. Texas State Parks been improving their parks and expanding so that’s a plus in my book.
dig in my shorts!
I hope that they apply that extra money and the money available to the parks by the federal government to fixing up the parks. Especially the bathrooms and add A/C. You take a shower in Texas and two minutes later you are sweating.
I completely agree! Using that extra funding to improve park facilities, particularly the bathrooms and adding A/C, would make a huge difference. The Texas heat can be intense, and having air-conditioned bathrooms would greatly enhance the comfort and experience for all park visitors. Let's hope they prioritize these much-needed upgrades!
I've got mine.
Nice! I just renewed mine 😊
@MrSTravelQuest since I go to State Parks quite often, it's worth it for me to get the pass
@@hikingwithjackieboy if you visit on weekends or just use it seasonally, it pays for itself.
@@MrSTravelQuest it also has the camping discount
@@hikingwithjackieboy yes and park store discounts. I always buy pins and stickers.
It’s a lousy $2 per month. Drink one less beer a month and it’ll more than pay it.
Exactly! I did the math and it’s cost around $8 per month.
Hi it Xavier I have to phone how
Hi Xavier, I hope you’re enjoying your summer!
Not really
@@Thomas-fy9to sorry to hear that, I hope it gets better for you.
I last my grandmother passed away
@@Thomas-fy9to I’m sorry for your loss.
still a bargain
Yes it is, comes down to under $8 a month. Thats a steal!
No big deal.
Only $8 bucks a month, still cheaper than most theme parks,
