I just noticed, the Get Well card from the Avengers is signed by 'Spidey.' Which you could assume was Miles...except he signed his own card right below it, as Miles and in what seems to be different handwriting.
So either Spider-Man signed his own Get Well card, Miles signed two in two different ways for some reason, or there's a third Spidey hanging out with the Avengers somehow
One is the card from the office that gets passed around. The other is a personal card from a friend and former disciple.

It's good to see that Spidey is still his same ol' self even in his old age. He's always been my favorite hero since I was a child, I thank Stan Lee for creating him.

Kinda taking after Batman Beyond? Seems like both Peter and Bruce just can’t keep the fight going forever.
The only difference is that Bruce had to quit because he almost broke his no kill rule while having a mild heart attack and was alone for 15 years till he met Terry Mcginnis... While Peter is still swigging around fighting crime while in his mid 60s, the people of NYC love him and don't think of him a menace and seems happily married to MJ.
The whole reason he had that heart attack was because his body could no longer handle the lifestyle he lead. Whilst yes. Peter has the fact he was still swinging in this comic, the point still stands. No matter how hard you fight, the greatest challenge is age. Bodies fail eventually. Even the symbols have their limits.
He also has people he can leave the mantle of spiderman with Miles

Addendum, Terry also had a Spider-Man-esque beginning, with the murder of his father. Peter with old Ben. Everything has an echo of sorts. Then again, the Multiverse is always spouting similar things that line up, but are always slightly different.

As a kid Spider-Man was the first hero I read and enjoyed. What really got me wasn’t just the battles against powerful enemies was the person he is. The amazing battles grabbed me. The amazing hero he is hooked me for life.

This, this I love, why can’t we have Peter and MJ in the main story line. They always talk about having no idea how to write the two together and married and yet they have so many examples from their own writers in a bunch of alternate universe, timelines, and what if stories.

There are arguably my favorite types of Spiderman stories. Where it explores his human side. No saving the universe, just doing the small things.

I find comics dialogs or some situations kinda unfitting for the character, time to time. Spiderman would never speak out loud "nobody came to see me" to some other person. He might say it to himself in his thoughts. Am I being crazy here? Or maybe is the manga/anime style that I'm too familiar with.
I can see it to be honest, he wouldnt say it in a genuine way, just a sort of deflated sarcastic way. He knows everyones got to be out there doing their avenger responsibilities but he would have still wanted someone there, but he already knows thats what life is like with him
