You need to measure from the same spot on the blade when you use the dial indicator. Do not use a tooth but mark a spot near a tooth, then rote the blade half a turn to measure. The dial should also be perpendicular to the blade. Lastly make sure the miter gauge itself fits tightly in the slot.
Not sure if your model is the same, but if you watch the Laguna f2 sales video....rip side of the fence slides off and can be laid down flush to the table to eliminate that gap......if you need to cut thin stock.
Hi! Thanks for sharing your experience with the F2, this is the saw that I am considering to buy. However, i have a question: Did you encounter any problem with the circuit breaker tripping at 110v set up?
Basically my Ryobi would have launched that nickel into the blade sending it right towards the lens of the camera LOL.. My Ryobi try's to kill me at least once a week.. it's either really cheap or possessed.. May need to upgrade sooner than later!

once you wax that top and silicone the slides on the fence it will glide like it's on Ice.

Yes that’s exactly right. I got the last of the old style
