Just bought a pyramid outdoor heater my husband and I set it up and I was about to return it thinking it didn’t work so I watched your video. Nowhere in the directions does it say to put a AA battery in the igniter. It worked instantly. Thank you so much.
The bottom of the propane enclosure is where the propane tank is seated, it doesn't have a separate rack. Sorry about the propane tank installation I should have recorded that too.

Yes you could do that, but the top panel is too wide and it will hit the ground. So if you lean it flat on a outdoor deck, allowing the top to stick out of the edge of the deck, or patio you will have enough clearance to put the top.

Do you need to install the silicone washer at the End of the glass?
Yes you need to put he silicon ring at the bottom of the glass tube, see 33:50
Does it get hot ?
Outer cage doesn't get very hot, but the glass tube gets really hot.

17:24 How are you screwing it in every time I put the screw in it’s loose it’s not big enough to screw it in Tight like that with the screwdriver
You are probably using the wrong size screws, or the threading have been stripped. If that is the case use a thick self tapping screw.

I just finished putting it together and grabbed a AA like you suggested but it didn't fit so I tried a AAA and it fit
I guess the newer ones come with the AAA Batteries, because mine has a AA Battery.
