I can’t imagine the courage it must take to face each day with such a painful, debilitating condition. It really shows the extraordinary love and devotion of mothers. It is a job that never ends no matter how old your children are. These shows remind us that family are the most important thing in life and when things get tough they are the ones who who will usually be there for us. We need to remember to be grateful for what we do have in life rather than focus on the hardships. Ahmad is a sweet lovely little boy and his mother is battling her disease to be there for him with the help of her strong mother.
A mother’s love is greater than anything in the world and I hope Ms Zakiah & her family keep the fighting spirit and continue to stay strong to inspire those who needed a push in their life
I love how Ahmad openly admitted that he cried. It just showed how wonderful the family is. As Asian (?) it is very common for us, especially boy, to hide our sadness, our tears because that's what our family and society dictate. But that's not the case for this family I believe.
3 years on, I wonder how she is doing as well as her selfless beautiful mom and intelligent Ahmad. Hopefully CNA will respond to the hordes of enquiries here since 3 years ago. Indeed watching her pain and her mom's sacrifice is humbling while crying my eyes out.
