Just removed the one bolt and did it in about 30 mins. Took a little finesse but saved a lot of time and hassle.
after viewing only half of this video , the prospect of opening the door from the outside for 8 months becomes a serious consideration. well done content though

Somehow the window track bolt has caused issues after installation. It seems the locking arms are getting blocked up by the track.
It would help me to understand the final assembly, of the three rods to see clearly the orientation of the rod ends after being connected to the mechanism. Or, put a link to an exploded view showing the connections. Thank you.
