Yes! Very blessed your fiance is that helpful! Lol. My hubby rarely helps in the middle of the night. Half the time he doesn't even realize the baby or kid woke up 🤣
My husband takes the first feed of the night and I take the rest (usually just one more but can be more) I completely agree with you on the other partner needing to help. Especially with breastfeeding, I feel like I’m with her all day!
I honestly clicked on your channel because of your name 😃 I'm 19w pregnant with a little princess and Brielle is on my baby list. You have a beautiful family.
Girl, you are doing so great! I felt the same way when I started juggling two. I feel like I didn’t even do as much as you’re doing haha. Eventually it will slowly down a bit. You got this! ❤️
I just recently subscribed because of your birth video and I really don’t know how you don’t have more subscribers!!! You are awesome 🤩 thanks for another real and genuine video 🤍
My husband never helped me during the night until my son was probably 18 months old. Not because he wouldn’t but I felt bad for asking. He never naturally wakes up to our son because he’s a SUPER heavy sleeper. When my son was first born my husband was working out in the heat for 12+ hours a day and I felt too guilty to wake him up. I’m due any day now with our second and we’ve already talked about how he’s going to be much better about helping me. To be fair he had no idea how to help me or that I even needed help until I finally snapped and told him. I thought it was “my duty” as a mother to handle everything. I feel much different now. Hahaha.
I am SO glad you guys have had that talk now! communication is key, I've had so many " SNAPPED" moments with tay more than id like to admit. Just talking about your expectations is key!
You are doing an amazing job!! I love that you and Taylor are in it together. My husband supports me when I need to nurse during the night. It wasn't until my 3rd kid I was informed that the 2/3am feed is the feed that kickstarts your milk supply for the next 24hours. I didn't loath it so much when I knew it had purpose (lol). I'm now due with our fourth in March! eeikk. You are smashing the transition with 2 kids. Thanks for keeping it raw, real and uplifting.
Your body is always producing milk. The only different between your milk is fat content throughout the day as well as in the morning their more cortisol to help your baby be alert and then changes in the evening to have melatonin to help your baby sleep.
Life was hard when we had our newborn we don't have a washer n dryer .n no dish washer lol but my man helped me as well he had parent leave so that was nice
Something that needs to be a thing is gift cards to reseraunts n fast food also a maid service gift card in babyshowers I think it would be a great gift n gives us momas a break
My son is also named Grayson which we also call him gray gray as well 😊 he's 2. Our second baby boy will be due September 10th so I'm hoping I can rock it like you did.
With my first(twin boys) we took shifts or I would have died! With my baby girl she slept pretty decent stretches from the beginning so it was easier for me to just breast feed her and get her back to sleep.
It may not seem like you have it together but what i can see YOUVE GOT THIS definitely dont get full meals...just snack as much as possible but youre doing good 🖤
Okkk cause that’s the part I’m tryna figure when they feel the mom is suppose to everything jus had my baby a few months ago & u better believe my husband helps
