I love watching a day in the life. It's a good thing God gives us our babies when we're young because this Grandma is tired just watching you. I remember those day and being up at night nursing my babies and getting up early with my other girls. The days are long but the years are short. Your doing great Cara. Just keep loving on them and always tell them about Jesus. You are blessed!
I love this kind of videos so much!! I watched literally every second of it. Your doing so great with both of your girls throughout the day, i know it might seem like you aren’t bc of how overwhelming it is but your an amazing mamma! And your perfect for them!! We appreciate you showing us all your struggles bc some times we think we are alone but we’re actually all in this together 💖🙌🏽 God bless your beautiful family!!
I'm about to have two kids with almost exactly this age gap (I'll have two under two for a couple of months) so I was looking for something realistic. Thank you for not pre-cleaning to make the video, it's exactly as I thought having two would be (including the clingyness and a few tears you didn't show). It's a season and like I know know after having one, it doesn't last forever so I just have to remember that survival is enough and enjoy any moments you can. Good luck to all the mums in the same position out there and God bless these little people in our lives ❤
I’m exhausted watching this. Lol.Briah is starting to look a lot like Quinn, so adorable. Quinn’s talking is the cutest. You are doing a great job Momma!
Your such an inspiration, just cause you are juggling so much! You make it look easy, I like your honesty about how it isn’t always perfect or easy! I have a 16month old she keeps me on my toes it’s nice to see your routine and how you handle it all!
Hang in there, Cara! You’re doing a great job! I think all the teens out there need to see this as a major dose of reality! Keep up the good work! Your “job” will go through MANY changes…ALL of them rewarding! ❤️
I love the long day in the life! I’m a stay at home mom of 3 under the age of 2 so I like seeing what other moms go through on a realistic basis. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one that struggles throughout the day!
Cara you are one busy lady and you are a wonderful mother. I am sure you are glad she Eric gets home. You have a beautiful family. I have to laugh when you are talking and Quinn comes bopping around the corner. You and Eric are great parents and I really enjoy your videos.
Hey Cara! I REALLY loved this very realistic day in the life video. I hope you are able to film more videos like this in the future. I could relate so much to so many aspects of this video. Thank you so much for taking the time to film this! I loved watching a long video! I hope you all are doing well! All the best, -Clarissa 😊❤🥰
I love all your videos, and day in the life videos are always a true joy to see! It warms my heart to hear Quinn talk and interact and just be adorable!! Bria is getting so big and is just too cute!! I can totally understand how days can be overwhelming but you are doing so wonderful as a new mama of 2.💕 I hope you're proud of yourself and know you are doing an amazing job!!
Aww Ellie! This made my day! Thank you so much. I miss keeping up with you on here, and hope you're doing well! ❤️ Also, I bet you'll be an amazing mom ;)
OMG! I watched a lot of these a week to prep myself before we even start trying … you are the only parent I don’t see use their mobile in front of their kids and they use books etc, no television… OMG! We need mums like yourself - that would help them grow without the intoxication of social media. Love from Australia
Aww Bria snuggling on your chest is so sweet! I love how Quinn says everything twice 😀 She’s such a smarty! My first was that way too because, well when they’re the only one it’s just easier. Those baby smiles melt my heart! You’re doing a great job! Peace out ❤️
I hope that you aren’t hard on yourself. You’re doing amazing. It’s just SO hard having a newborn and toddler. Especially when you have to feed Bria so often! I just want to hug you! Hang in there momma! ❤️❤️ (We also have liked using a travel sized wet brush for my daughter, it’s the perfect size).
It is hard to find balance! And it’s hard, as moms, to remember who we are outside of our other roles. You are always so much more mature in your thinking than I was. You’re good at RUclips and you will be so happy you kept that part of you. Well, and so will we♥️
this is the first video of yours I've seen and oh my goodness your older little one is so cute with how she watches the camera! I don't know how old she is, but her strong speech surprised me (and the fact that she says everything twice is hilarious!)
New to your channel! I absolutely love your little family and Quinn ! Omgosh she is just the cutest thing!!!! Def gonna subscribe and excited to watch ur content!
Love your videos! You are a terrific Mama! So sweet all the things you do with each girl. I have two little girls too and the balance is such a challenge.
This is the first video I've seen of yours. You are such a beautiful soul. I love how real and down to earth you are. You're an amazing Mama to your girls!!!! I also love how you mentioned you don't like putting your upset children in videos. Amazing. I've subscribed and can't wait to continue to watch you and your family learn and grow together!
I loved this video so much! I admire you so much as a mama, Cara! You’re so patient and loving. ❤️🥺 I’m so curious to know how you go Quinn to talk and say so many words! Quinn is so smart and she knows so many words, colors, shapes, etc. I’d love to know what you did with her or how you taught her. 🥰
belated congrats! just watched your birth vlog and it reminded me of the birth of our daughter 3 months ago! Time flies by so fast😩💛 And now i‘ve finally uploaded my very own „to our daughter“ on yt! Enjoy this special time with ur baby!!
I love all your videos. Being a mother of a baby and a toddler is very demanding but also very rewarding. One day you will look back on this time and only focus on all of the sweet memories. Thank you for sharing your sweet family with us all. -Love & Blessings-
Grits are a staple around here! Lol… my husband is a true southerner that loves grits for breakfast any type of way you make them! I actually didn’t start liking grits until I was an adult. I was raised on cream of wheat and didn’t really care for the texture of grits. Once I found the different ways to actually make grits and make it to my liking and I really started enjoying them! I especially love shrimp and grits for a nice lunch or dinner! (I first had that dish when I went to the Kentucky Derby 10 years ago and never looked back! 😂🙌🏽)
Loved this video! Thank you for walking us through your day. My second should be here in a week and a half, and my toddler is not quite two, so it’s nice to get a glimpse of what life is like with a newborn and toddler! I’ve been nervous, but someone said you can never foresee the grace God will give you during times like this. A mama like you is proof of His love, and it’s so inspiring to see💜
You are doing such a great job! I can totally relate to the lose of milk. You can always use milk not drinkable for a milk bath and that makes me feel slightly better about the situation 😊
I haven’t even finished watching yet but can relate to so much of this! (Commenting now because it might be the only chance I get! 😆) I’ve wanted to comment for a while. I found you last year through your baby essentials video but was drawn in when I saw a video about Quinn being born at 33 weeks. Our firstborn, Maddy, was born at 32, 6 in December 2020 and was in the NICU for 17 days. Our second daughter, Mesa, was born 4 weeks early this past December (yes, they are a year apart!) but thankfully didn’t need the NICU. So we have a lot in common even though our girls are a bit closer together! We love grits and smoothies here! We like to make a sweet version with butter and maple syrup or a savory version with cheddar cheese. I’ve been so sorry to hear about your nursing struggles with Bria. With Maddy, feeding was SO difficult. I did a mix of pumping, nursing and supplementing with formula until she was about 6 months when we switched to just formula. We had so many issues but the hardest for sure was low supply. I was never able to make enough for her past about 4 weeks even though I tried EVERYTHING. Some of the hardest days of my life! Thankfully with Mesa nursing has been amazing. I hope and pray it gets better for you guys soon. You’re doing great, Mama! 💗 Anyway, sorry for the length of my comment but it’s been fun to watch and be able to relate to someone in such a similar season of life. 😊
That's what love is all about. Bria and Quinn are so precious. I love watching . It's okay Mom if the house is messy. You'll get to it. Breathe and take care of your babies
You are doing a wonderful job, I too struggle daily with the amount of undone stuff, but seems to me you are getting so much done! Man, Quinn sure does do some talking, lol. She's super smart too. Keep up the good work Momma 👏 Serena (Louisiana) P.S. I do love grits (but with butter and sugar 😋)
Quinn talking is so cute 🥰 I love how she says almost everything twice hahaha. You’re so patient with her! I hope to be as patient with my 9month old when she starts talking in a few months
I love grits I like it with salt pepper and some toast! You have got the most adorable beautiful babies in the world ❤️ you are such an amazing and beautiful mom ♥️
Quinn is so well behaved seriously.. I'm due for 2nd one in 3month and my daughter is turning 2 in two days. She goes to daycare full time as I'm working full time. I will drop her days to 2 or 3 days a week when I take mat leave to look after the number 2. But gosh, my daughter has very short attention span in comparison to Quinn and really short temper.. I'm quite stressed how busy I will be when the number 2 is here! Thank you for the realistic video so I have a general idea how a day would be when I have both of them soon.
Rotating toys and sensory bins was my life saver with having two kids so close together. They forget so quickly and when they see them again it's like Christmas to them! Plus a lot cheaper then new sensory bins and toys
Thank you for letting me in to a little piece of your world.Thiis is the first time I watched and I plan to watch more. I do have a question, where did the red hair on your youngest come from? Both your girls are darling. You should have more. God bless 💞
You're family is so sweet, I loved seeing the day in your life and would love more videos like this and other routine videos. Bria 🧡and Quinn 💖 are so precious. Sending prayers and best wishes.
Hi cara i kept on watching this video+ the night routine and the 5am video. I really love these kind of videos and it really inspires me especially i am a FTM. May i ask cara with your videos do you use final cut pro? I love how you do it.
Omg! 😍 I love Bria’s red hair and Quinn’s little voice! My daughter is six months and I’m just getting the hang of being a mom. I can’t quite imagine having two yet..but you do such a good job and you make it look easy!
Awe, you telling Bria and Quinn their birth stories and crying is like me when I read to Cameron! I was reading a book the other day to him about Mom animals spending time with their baby animals and at the end it said “And when I think about the days that I will love forever the ones I will remember are the ones we spent together” and I just started bawling as Cameron is sitting there oblivious to it all 😂😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I love watching all your videos! Quinn is getting SO BIG and so chatty! I love it!! I live near you and have a 3 year old girl and 1.5 year old girl! Also I LOVE the ending Bible verse, this verse is the reason my girls middle names are Grace and Faith🥰
Such a sweet video. I've been struggling this week with two under two, so this was encouraging to watch. Do you have a link to Quinn's letter magnets? Those are the biggest ones I've seen and the ones we have are a major choking hazard.
Hi Cara! I LOVE this video!! It was so raw and I loved seeing how your day is while balancing two kids. I love that you set time to spend with each child 💛💛 You are such a natural at being a mom. You seem so intentional with every toy you have for your kiddos, and the way you schedule their days- you're amazing! I hope breastfeeding is getting better and that you and Eric have time to spend with each other. Can't wait for the next video! Have a great day 🥰💛
Can you make a video on how you “taught” Quinn, or any tips you have. I was a daycare teacher for a long time, working mainly with 1-2 year olds and for her to have just turned 2 a few weeks ago she is very smart and has amazing speech.
Where was Bria during the shower/brush teeth/breakfast/cleanup/ fridge letters/ hair straightening/stickers? Does she really sleep that long? I'm going to have two of similar ages and I'm trying to work it out logistically
Hello, your video is great, you are doing so much in a day, you are strong and you are doing so amazing with your precious daughters. Don’t forget to Also take care of YOU ☺️😉.
So glad you like it!! Congratulations...I hope everything goes well for you! I think Quinn was about 25ish months when I filmed this. Maybe 26 months :)
Can you do a video on how you teach Quinn. She is so smart!!! My mom did a really good job at making me advanced like Quinn when I was younger. I could have full conversation & count to 100 by 3!! But she was a mean teacher 😅 I have anxiety 25 years later from her LOL. I’m having my first baby & really really really want to give him the same start my mom gave me but maybe a nicer approach Lol 🤍🤍🤍
I will definitely share more things we do to help her learn in vlogs coming up! Oh wowww haha, I'm sure you'll do a great job. Especially since you already know you want to teach things without adding in fear! ;)
Haha! Thank you, Megan!
Why indoctrinate them with stories of a God who committed a genocide global flood?
I love this kind of videos so much!! I watched literally every second of it. Your doing so great with both of your girls throughout the day, i know it might seem like you aren’t bc of how overwhelming it is but your an amazing mamma! And your perfect for them!! I love grits! Definitely with butter, cheese & salt/black pepper
I’m exhausted watching this. Lol.Briah is starting to look a lot like Quinn, so adorable. Quinn’s talking is the cutest. You are doing a great job Momma!
Do you think?? We're still trying to figure out who she looks like haha! Thank you SO much! ;)
Your such an inspiration, just cause you are juggling so much! You make it look easy, I like your honesty about how it isn’t always perfect or easy! I have a 16month old she keeps me on my toes it’s nice to see your routine and how you handle it all!
Aww 16 months was a fun but busy age for sure! And no, it's definitely not easy! I'm sure you're doing a great job! ;)
Hang in there, Cara! You’re doing a great job! I think all the teens out there need to see this as a major dose of reality! Keep up the good work! Your “job” will go through MANY changes…ALL of them rewarding! ❤️
Quinn has really found her voice!! She is quite the little talker and it is the sweetest thing! She is so incredibly smart💛💜💚
I love the long day in the life! I’m a stay at home mom of 3 under the age of 2 so I like seeing what other moms go through on a realistic basis. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one that struggles throughout the day!
Cara your a great Mom. The girls are blessed to have a Mom that is so dedicated to them. Loved this video 👍🏼😊
Thank you, Lillian! That's so sweet ;)
Cara you are one busy lady and you are a wonderful mother. I am sure you are glad she Eric gets home. You have a beautiful family. I have to laugh when you are talking and Quinn comes bopping around the corner. You and Eric are great parents and I really enjoy your videos.
Haha yes, SO glad when he gets home! ;) Thank you so much!
Hey Cara!

So many teary-eyed moments. You are such a patient, loving, hands-on mama. ❤❤❤
Heeey! I'm glad you liked it, and I definitely want to film more soon! And I hope you're all doing well, too! ;)

Your so busy and still have a sweet mile and voice with your girls and us. Your a good mama!
Aww thank yooou! ;)
I love how honest and not fake you are! Makes me feel so much better as a mother and amazing how you are relaxed and I should look up to you really…
This was such a sweet comment! Thank you so much for being encouraging! ;)
Thank you so much for still finding the time to vlog! It's so nice watching your videos.
I know I'll love watching them back someday, so it's worth it for sure! ;)
So fun to watch you and see your sweet family grow! You are such a good mama and make me so excited to have my own little babies one day!
Aww Ellie! This made my day! Thank you so much. I miss keeping up with you on here, and hope you're doing well! ❤️ Also, I bet you'll be an amazing mom ;)

Love from Australia
Thanks for the day in the life video. So nice to have a long video to watch after work. I love watching how you try to have alone time with both girls
So glad you liked it! And yes, I think they need the 1 on 1 time ;)
Aww Bria snuggling on your chest is so sweet! I love how Quinn says everything twice 😀 She’s such a smarty! My first was that way too because, well when they’re the only one it’s just easier. Those baby smiles melt my heart! You’re doing a great job! Peace out ❤️
Yes, I love the snuggles! Aww, yes I'm realizing it's definitely easier with the firstborn haha! Thank you! And peace out lol! ;)
You are such a Great mom, and kids are So SMART!!!! Thanks for giving tips on how to teach little ones!!!
Thank you so much, Melody! ;)
Aww thank you, Lori! You're so encouraging! And yesss the wet brush is a game changer!
Awe 2 months old she is adorable. Quinn is very bright knowing her Color’s and letters. Your a great Mom.
Wow. Most realistic video day in the life you need to make this a weekly thing!!!! Favorite video you ever posted on your channel! 🌟
I'm a new mama to the second baby, and your video gave me so many ideas on how to organize our daily routine! Thank you!
It is hard to find balance! And it’s hard, as moms, to remember who we are outside of our other roles. You are always so much more mature in your thinking than I was. You’re good at RUclips and you will be so happy you kept that part of you. Well, and so will we♥️
I love these videos! Thank you for putting in the time and effort to film them! These get me through my feedings/pumping with my baby.
I'm glad you like them! And watching youtube is what probably got me through pumping with Quinn! Hope you and baby boy are doing well! ;)
this is the first video of yours I've seen and oh my goodness your older little one is so cute with how she watches the camera! I don't know how old she is, but her strong speech surprised me (and the fact that she says everything twice is hilarious!)
Welcome!! Aww yes, she talks all day every day ;)
You are such a wonderful Mom ♥️ Thank you so much for sharing your life with us!!

Yes, definitely trying to remind myself lately that a clean house isn't the most important thing!
I love your videos and look forward to them every week!!❤️
SO glad you like them!! :)
I wish they were daily lol
You are doing so so good! Stay strong mama! 🤍
You are doing a wonderful job, I too struggle daily with the amount of undone stuff, but seems to me you are getting so much done! Man, Quinn sure does do some talking, lol. She's super smart too. Keep up the good work Momma 👏
Serena (Louisiana)
P.S. I do love grits (but with butter and sugar 😋)
Thank you, Serena! I’m sure you’re doing an amazing job! I will have to try the grits like that sometime!
Quinn talking is so cute 🥰 I love how she says almost everything twice hahaha. You’re so patient with her! I hope to be as patient with my 9month old when she starts talking in a few months
haha yes, I keep telling Eric that I'm gonna miss her saying everything twice someday!

I could listen to Quinn talk all day long. It’s so cute. At the end when y’all were sitting on the couch it sounded just like she said “peace out”😃😆
Awe the baby is so patient and the the toddler 😂😂😂😂
Loved this video! I stay at home with my two kids and love to see what others go through on the day to day :)
Loved this video. You are an excellent mom.
love those bathroom shelves. where did you end up getting them?
Quinn repeats words twice and i noticed she talks about herself in the 3rd person. She's very smart and a beautiful baby.
I love how you do it.
very cute day, happy babies. When does the dog get a walk though?
Omg! 😍 I love Bria’s red hair and Quinn’s little voice! My daughter is six months and I’m just getting the hang of being a mom. I can’t quite imagine having two yet..but you do such a good job and you make it look easy!
Ohmygosh your little Quinn is so stinkin' cute!
🥰🥰🥰
Such a lovely video. What brand is the pack n play? That one is really high
And I will love to get one like that. Please let me know.
Awe, you telling Bria and Quinn their birth stories and crying is like me when I read to Cameron! Okay, just reading those words in your comment made me want to cry haha! I think I need to get that book! Orrr maybe not😂
@@CaraJane those children books always get me at the end!!!! 😭😭😭😭😅
Aww I'm sorry you've been struggling! There are definitely rough days but you're not alone! I think these are the ones Quinn has! ;) amzn.to/36IycMC
Grits are so good!! I put cheese and smoked paprika on them and top it with a fried egg 😋
Ohh that sounds super good!!
I love this video!!!!! You are such a great mom!! Also where did you get Quinn’s bow?
Thank you, Laken! I know you are, too! Her bow is from Bek + Jet! ;)
@@CaraJane thank you!!!! 💖🤗
Great video!! You’re a superhero! You got this.
Hi Cara! I LOVE this video!! It was so raw and I loved seeing how your day is while balancing two kids. I love that you set time to spend with each child 💛💛
You are such a natural at being a mom. You seem so intentional with every toy you have for your kiddos, and the way you schedule their days- you're amazing!
I hope breastfeeding is getting better and that you and Eric have time to spend with each other. Can't wait for the next video!
Have a great day 🥰💛
Woohoo! Love to watch your long videos!
So glad you like them! ;)
I need a link to the straws that you use for Quinn’s smoothie!!
We use these! I love that they bend and make it easier for her! amzn.to/3up5WqH
Living in the South like I do, I grew up on grits but then when I discovered Malt-o-Meal, I love those even more now.
Can you make a video on how you “taught” Quinn, or any tips you have. I was a daycare teacher for a long time, working mainly with 1-2 year olds and for her to have just turned 2 a few weeks ago she is very smart and has amazing speech.
Bria is absolutely beautiful and so is Quinn 🥰
❤️❤️❤️
What is the toddler workbook that Quinn uses? Would like to get one for my 2-year-old granddaughter.
This is the one we use the most! We love it! amzn.to/3DmDFoR
First! Love your videos 💕
Plus I feel like since you started reading to her from baby stage, that really is a great thing to start early. I also love how talkative she is.
It’s so cute how much Quinn loves dates 🥰. I have two girls under two, and I can totally relate to this video!!
Haha I know! I don't even like them that much...just in smoothies! Aww I'm sure they're adorable!
You are doing a good job Cara 🤗
Thank yoou! ;)
Love your content! Going to have 2 under 2 in like a week; how old is Quin here? She’s so smart
So glad you like it!! Congratulations...I hope everything goes well for you! I think Quinn was about 25ish months when I filmed this. Maybe 26 months :)
What kind of deep freezer do you have? I remember you mentioned you bought one when Q was born. I'm looking to buy one.
Especially since you already know you want to teach things without adding in fear! ;)
It’s cute she literally has to say everything twice lmao 😂sometimes 3 times.
