    I love your videos because you always get to the point with no BS. I’m writing because I’d love to know how you attached and made your sign on the side of the trailer. I sell firewood and would love to make a similar sized sign on mine. Make a short video??

      Ask your insurance provider for an inland marine policy

    • @fredla7353
      @fredla7353 8 месяцев назад

      In Oregon, for example, you may insure your trailer; but according to my insurance guy, the trailer is covered by the pulling vehicle's insurance. So, it is not required to have extra.

    • @js4455dl
      @js4455dl 2 месяца назад

      @fredla7353 it only covers while hooked to your vehicle. If you want to have full coverage, you'll need an inland marine policy

    Very nice rig. From what I hear that F 450 is the way to go. Bigger brakes and easier turning. Am.
    I correct?

    • @RenovationsandRepair
      @RenovationsandRepair  6 месяцев назад

      Yes. Only thing you give up a a bit of payload due to the heavy duty axles on the F459 over F350

    As far as the cdl goes, and being a business owner, you might have to get into other expenses like usdot, state dot, and ifta tags too

    • @sam3d
      @sam3d 25 дней назад

      not just for having a cdl trailer, depends on the kind of loads you will be carrying.

    What is the going rate, in your area, for parking your trailer at a construction site, they load it, then you provide the hauling service to the dump? I have a 14' dump. Just curious. ps..I saw the $499 quote below. What does the landfill charge?

      In 1976, I asked a buddy of mine, who had just bought a 4WD Chevy, what he found to be the main difference between his old 2WD truck and the new 4WD truck out in our Mojave desert area. "Cub", as we called him said, That's easy. Four-wheel drive means you can get 6 miles farther out before you get stuck..... ha!!
