tbf, the rule is that you can't make a fully ICE vehicle, there's nothing against building a hybrid just for power, and that's what I think people forget.

These aren’t traditional hybrids with huge batteries to get range like a prius. These sports car hybrids are more designed for performance over efficiency. They only did it to comply with emissions and to improve the performance of the current ICE technology.

@@RealMakarov IMO that was the worst generation of bmw design both interior and exterior wise. That v10 was terrible. The m3 was the only good looking bmw of that era.

The reason the EV market is falling through is because of the marketing behind most of the EV movement tends to completely overlook all of the problems an EV creates in addition to all of the problems an EV fails to solve.

Yes it is gonna be ICE. Toyota is working with Mazda on a new twin turbo inline 6 hybrid. Mazda is planning on releasing a coupe alongside the new rx7/8 replacement.

About the Supra discountinuing, while it is sad that Toyota and BMW are going to kill the car. Hopefully Toyota's new Supra is something that consumers can enjoy. I feel like Toyota should go back to the drawing board and stop relying on Subaru and BMW for their collaboration. Toyota made some fantastic cars back in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s.

@@katsudon2048 hybrids can be fantastic but sports cars are not their place, they're best suited for daily drivers and city dwellers, or giving an otherwise underpowered car some pep in its step.
