Just 200-250 rupees.. Approx. You can get it from Amazon.. You can take 12 volt DC supply from the cigarette lighter line just below that panel. Add an extra switch for on off. If required you can add a regulator to control the speed.. It has to be purchased or assembeled seperately.

I considered the case of vehicles with AC. In the case of OMNI, there is no AC from factory and it is hard to install an AC in Omni because of lack of space since its engine is mounted under the chasis and there is no space for condenser. I dont know whether any thirdparty workshop fixes an AC for Omni
