Pros: easy to fit, Direct battery connection no wiring tampering.
Cons: no anti pinch or rain sensor or auto closer.

Cost : part cost at the time of making the video Rs.88278/-
Labour- between 5-8k depending upon the fitment location (cost not included in part cost)

1. Is this a successful product?
A. Yes in Hexa (for other models contact your dealership)
2. How is the quality of the glass?
A. This is the same quality of glass which is used in the windshield.
3. Will the electric motor void the warranty.
A. This has a direct battery connection with complete wiring harness hence there will be no wiring tampering for the particular model.
4. What is the warranty period and what happens after warranty.
A. warranty period is one year service will continue even after the part goes out of warranty but, the service and part replacement will be chargeable. Physical damage / accident will not be covered under warranty.
5.Can this be insured ?
A. Few insurance companies are insuring this product, best to check with your insurance provider for the same.
6.If I, met with an accident will the insurance company cover the claim due to such fitments ?
A. this is approved in Tata genuine accessories and is recommended for use in Tata Hexa if the hexa owner who has install thi

Amazing stuff, but just noticed a few things. While removing the roof liner, some foam insulation was torn, which I think should ideally be replaced.
tHEY JUST DONT WANT TO INSTALL THEY ONLY WANT IT TO BE FAST AND GET SOME MONEY
Cars with sunroof features comes built from production/assembly line which doesn't compromise with safety. Though its a Tata's accessories, you are installing it after production. Which will result in crack & miss alignment when u go off road with some passenger/luggage weight (as hexa 4×4 is made for).
Public/we are ready to pay 30k more if it comes from factory fitted ! (like under name "Tata Hexa Xz+ O")

Dosto ye sunroof to fix ho jayegi lekin jin cars me inbuilt aati hai sunroof moon roof usme sides me drain pipes hoti hain roof k andr jo boot door k uper khatam hoti hain and barish ka paani ya washing ka paani drain ho jata hai lekin is video me sirf sunroof install kr rhe hain not drain pipes so jab rain hogi to car k andr paani ajayega 100 percent

Will it not weaken the car top structure portion? Also, during rainy days, there is a huge chance of water leakage. Sunroof surely looks good but if vechile meets in crash then it will be a disastrous.
it definitely will. A car is designed from the ground up. A sunroof is a huge point of weakness on a car structure and thus needs equivalent or more strenghtening on the B and C pillars.

Surely strength will reduce, as they cut the cross beams used for strengthening of the roof.
